The wellness area especially the pool is very nice and warm, Breakfast has good options. The beds are very comfortable. WLAN was also fast and reliable.

The shower in the room does not go really warm in the afternoon. The toilet is very small, not good for claustrophobic people. The restaurant was always not available in the evening, so we needed to go out for dinner. Superior rooms has no Bathrobes so one must rent them for 10 euros if you want ti use them in the wellness area.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Plenty of space for luggage. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The parking was roomy and safe.

The extendable sofa was impossible to close perfectly. Access to the spa was extra and forbidden to children, which was not transparent on the hotel website

The room was sound proof. On a warm day, the air-conditioning helped. Location was good. The sauna facilities were amazing.

To get access to the swimming pool and sauna, an extra 17 euro per person was charged which should've been included in the price. Breakfast can be better with more variety.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean. We might not have had the best room, but it was big enough, clean and comfortable. Rooms overlooking the roundabout could be nosy at night, but not exaggeratedly. The hotel is well located, has free parking, and it’s a good starting point for hiking. Great staff, amiable and professional. Breakfast is very good and generous (eggs, bacon, beans, mushrooms, cheese, ham, pastries, yogurt, butter, everything etc. Maybe some tomatoes and some veggies would have been a nice to have. Great coffee.) Pool is nice and clean, and after 6 pm and until 11 pm is only for hotel residents. There is also a pool table next to the bar. There is good quality sanitary gel everywhere in the hotel.

Maybe some more veggies for breakfast would have been a nice to have. One might not feel very safe at sauna and hammam are when there are only a few people at the wellness area. Some more security there would be nice.

What a marvellous hotel to be in. If possible and available I would like to be here each time I need to see races at Francorchamps. But many people already think like me, not often availability, very wanted ! Nice rooms, nice breakfast and you can use the welness facilities. Great look on the outside to. Iguess good restaurant to, which I didn't try.

it was clean, friendly staff, it has a spa with pool, hammam and sauna, didn’t do the massage tho it was a little bit expensive for us

the isolation is not very good, you can hear the people from the other rooms and from the hallway; didn’t have a outside pool

Spacious and clean family suite(2 separate rooms), elegant hotel, friendly staff, great in-room dinner and breakfast service (generous portion and delicious)

It would have been better to provide a time-slot system for the use of the pool. It was very crowded in the pool(especially family could only have the access after 18h), given the situation of covid.

Very comfy room. Great location, calm.

Breakfast buffet was sufficient but not very extensive choice.

Location, facilities and staff attitude

Although a clear effort was made to cope with the current situation and restrictions, the room service should be improved.In 3 out of 4 occasions we waited more than 1 hour between the starter and the main course.I also had the feeling there was a lack of staff

Breakfast was good. Wellness suite and pool area very good. Bar area very comfortable

Location to Spa centre a little awkward if you do not have a vehicle. Not an issue if you are up for walking.. Taxi service in Spa also not very reliable on weekend that we stayed.
