Excellent location for travelers who go by train. Very generous lobby area with various seating arrangements. Spacious enough to warrant privacy and comfort. A bar with option of beverages, coffee and snacks in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

The drawback of the location: you might at times hear some noisy trains. It was "full house" this time in middle of June. I had visited a while back in April 2023. It was less busy then, and it appeared the room at that time was much cleaner then (corners and under beds). Also: areas outside of the building looked truly neglected / not maintained with debris and garbage lying around / almost piled up. That truly made me feel (very) uncomfortable. I hope management will have this cleaned up and maintained regularly.

We booked here at short notice due to a last minute change of plans requiring somewhere near the station for an overnight stay. We arrived late and left the next morning so weren't there long and didn't need to use common areas or the kitchen. We were impressed - we booked two rooms and were put opposite each other. The staff on reception were friendly and despite the good price the rooms were in good condition and reasonably sized. The breakfast was a bit expensive but comprehensive and the food was good quality (they even have a machine that makes fresh little pancakes). There was a luggage room and unlike almost everywhere else we've stayed they use cloakroom tickets to make sure you didn't go off with someone else's luggage. The location by the railway station is very convenient, and the old town can be reached on foot.

Can't think of anything - would very happily stay here again.

It was a nice journey to Aachen, I met someone having education, spent a bit quality time. It was mixed room, but guys were nice. If you need to keep laptop or important things, they can keep it near to reception. Actually view to train station was nice.

Water sink where you wash your hands had a bit problem with drainage. Transportation like train or busses didn't work properly between Netherlands and Germany. Especially after 18:00. Applications are not correct for transportation. Dutch bus drivers made it happened. It was really annoying German buses charge you only cash, where ov chip card should work. One German driver drive gratis, but payment should be easier.

The price was very low for a good comfortable rooms. Location is perfect, only few minutes from the main train station. The staff was great, they can speak English, they're very friendly and can help with something you need.

There were no smoking places, so you have to go downstairs every time. Power outlets are very random, one person can have 2 near their bed and the other can have none, but maybe it's just my room. And a bit pricey food for the amount of it, but you can just go out to eat, there's a lot of cafe's and restaurants around it.

It is a modern, clean and well located hostel. I booked a "family room". It was ample, comfortable and quiet, even if it was facing the nearby railways. The Internet connection - available for free over the whole facility - was good quality. The personnel was friendly, and ready to help - they offered for a compensation when a small issue with the room could not be solved immediately. I can only recommend it for family with a limited budget.

location super convenient with lots of shops and quite central location. Family room is good for 4 people, and super clean. Thought with such good location, might have some concern about safety at night, but the area is so safe! Together with all the benefit and the very good price, this price is unbeatable! Staffs are all super nice, gave very good tips!

Bathroom is bit small, but with everything needed. Central station is next to the hostel, could hear some announcement from train station, but it is in acceptable volume.

Location, whole vibe, hygiene and one front desk guy was really very kind , warm and helpful.

The other two Front desk managers who were very very rude and made my experience from very good to good and forced me to give 9 for staff ☹️ And the mattress of the double bed room, they shouldn't be single or should have the proper way to fix it so that they don't keep moving whole night while you changing sides.

Pleasantly surprise as the room was extremely clean & “roomy”. lovely views on the 5th floor. Reception Sanne was a gem, extremely knowledgeable & very helpful as when we arrived the large group in the lobby was a “bus load” of noisy adolescents, wanting a restful sleep I wanted to quickly cancel my rez but she convinced me to stay & provided EAR PLUGS-needless to say she saved me the inconvenience as my night was very rewarding-I slept well in my bed-NOT A PEEP from other guests & I thank SANNE-(later I found out she spoke with the teachers. I commend her, the teachers, the students for all these nice efforts. wonderful stay!

I like the ascensor for going to 5 level floor, I like the bed and the possibility to charge in the bed with 2 USB links batterie,I like the kindness of the staff ans all time they take for explain me all things, I like the bathroom and lots of foods and drink choices.

I didn't like the speaker of the train compagnie near the windows of the room. He speaks with micro in the night.

Perfect location beside railway station, only lots of street noise. Comfortable room

I had selected it on guest kitchen as I have a special diet and like to prepare my own food. I had even checked it on the website where it's mentioned. The receptionist however didn't know what I was talking about. He gets the first price for the worst receptionist, cold, indifferent and very unwelcoming. That was Sunday evening and the young lady on monday was very nice, the right person to receive guests.
