Very clean, new location, friendly staff, nice cozy rooms, good location: 30 min walk to Schonbrunn Palace, 10 min walk to the nearest subway, 2 subway stations for the nearest P+R if you want to leave the car. It has parking spaces underground, extra charge. It has a social area with pool table and foosball. There is a small kitchen, fully equipped. Loft like studio is a nice touch.

WIFI could be improve, cleaning is extra pay, they don`t clean the room daily. A bit noise when the train passes near by. A bit far from the center, you need 2 subways to get to there.

I really liked how clean and minimalist it was. I also really appreciated that we were able to get into our room very early because we arrived early. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful though I also had an unpleasant experience.

I didn’t think the location was optimal at all. Even if there was a tram station right outside the hotel, it still takes 30-35 min either to the city centre or Schönbrunn. There is nothing around, no restaurant, no bakery, no quick small shop. Depending on who‘s shift it is, you either feel like in a hotel or a self serviced apartment. I had to ask five times for extra towels and was sent to get them from a pantry that had no signs leading to it. I really didn’t find that particularly welcoming. Also, if you provide a kettle, just have a few tea bags in the room.

The staffs are friendly, the stay was cozy.

The floor was a little bit dusty.

The self contained apartment was fab, it had a kitchen area. If you wanted to be more self catered they have a big communal kitchen with tea coffee etc. The bed was supercomfy. However the mezzanine I had would not be suitable for a walking toddler, no stair gates. I was solo so it was ab fab for me. The inclusion of breakfast was yummy and amazing. Staff were lovely. Location is next to a tram stop so you are well linked and it's good 👍 also supermarkets near by.

You had to go to a pantry to get extra loo roll and towels but it's good for the planet.

It was a big facility, more like apartments, not hotel. It was clean, basic kitchen amenities are available Tram stop to the center is just opposite to the apartments Breakfast was with basic offerings

The price was expensive for apartment type accommodation, and for this location from the center. Could be offered first washing for free since it is apartments, but it will cost you an additional amount. I expected to get a two level studio, as in pics, but we received a normal room with a separate bedroom. I haven't received any notification about this

We really liked the location and how it was arranged. Even the area was a big plus - the tram stop was right in front of the place. The staff was very friendly, warm and helpful. The room had everything we needed.

One small minus we felt was the lack of heat. It wasn't really cold in the room (19-20 degrees), but the air conditioning didn't work to regulate the temperature. Also, we traveled in early December when temperatures were -3 degrees during the day and since we visited all the Christmas markets throughout the day, we felt the need for heat at the end of the day.

Excellent location in a beautifully designed, new and stylish apartment with attached leisure facilities - games room and superbly appointed kitchen. The little apartment is very well equipped and is warm and comfortable, lovely bathroom and comfortable bed: transport to Vienna central is literally opposite. There is an affiliation with a superb pizza restaurant a few doors down which serves an excellent buffet breakfast and evening meal. Reception is 24 hours and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful

Good location, clean and cute. It's great for relaxing (pool table and table football) and there is a place where you can work undisturbed. It seems like a good place for working remotely.

I didn't enjoy heating system (air-conditioning). It's located upstairs (next to bed) so it's too hot where you sleep. I tried setting it to cool and it was still blowing warm air. Opening window fixed sleeping situation but downstairs was freezing 😄 Also fitness(gym) lacks basic equipment. It's ok for stretching and using your own weight (no weights)

Studio was really clean and comfortable to stay

Reception Staff at night. We arrived there around 9pm, the reception staff was not accommodating at all. Apparently the door of our building was stuck so couldn't open it with the code. Went to the reception and they didn't let us in to the reception either waving us from the inside that they'll not gonna open reception. Called the hotels number to get help, same people inside the reception received my call and I explained them the issue on phone. Check-in was a mess

The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and also had everything we needed. The apartment isn't in the centre where the popular attractions are but public transport is very good and there's a tram and bus stop right in front of the hotel (and the tram comes by really often).

We were satisfied with nearly everything, but just a small problem was that the aircondition kept making a noise even after it was turned off.
