Hotel Lucia

clean, enough room, great wifi to work, amazing breakfast(perfectly cooked eggs, smoked salmon, best cheese versions, freshly baked variety of breads and good coffee) we miss it already! the shower is great, hot water right away with good pressure. location is perfect just 10 min metro ride from our place. staffs are great too, you can get good restaurants advice and they are very knowledgeable about touristic places, I ear dropped once in the lobby they explained very detailed. all in all it was way better than we expected. Good work Hotel Lucia, thanks for everything.

I was going to have a private call and couldn’t take anywhere as it was very personal. The reception would have taken an initiative and offer a place for half an hour. We asked for late checkout and first one person said it would be possible and advise us to ask on the day. however when we asked, the receptionist refused the request without even checking the availability. overall it was disappointing but as the hotel delivered what they were supposed to do,we still give 10 score.

The staff was very nice, polite and professional. Food was nice and good, breakfast was various, although there were the same choices every day. The room was clean There is parking available (with extra cost ) The hotel is close to subway and some good restaurants nearby The place is quiet and family friendly Coffee and tea available in the lobby ( and was free between 3pm and 10pm )

I booked the hotel judging by the booking pictures and the rooms seemed recently renovated. Unfortunately the room we stayed in, was not, all the furniture was very old, the vibe was that I was back in time 20 yrs ago. That if you compare money vs value, we were a bit disappointed. Nevertheless if you are booking to spend a few days visiting the city and not spending a lot of time in the hotel , it is a good choice. No fridge or possibility to make a tea in the room ( available in the lobby). There was no mention that there will be, but it would have been nice and helpful , especially if you are travelling with kids

- great breakfast, - even though the check-in is pretty late (15:00), they allowed us to leave the bags at the hotel until then (while we went to the restaurant), and also a couple of hours after check-out (11:00), - the receptionist recommended us a very good restaurant, - close to the underground station, - clean towels and sheets (changed everyday)

- there is no fridge in the room (and no iron), - the staff doesn't speak english (only the receptionist), - at breakfast you can stay only at a specific table that they told you to stay (we were a group of 5 families and they did't allowed us to stay near each other), - it has a nice quiet garden terrace (2 tables) but you can stay there only until 22:00, - the parking space is 15€/day - not all the rooms are renovated.

Really enjoyable stay in hotel Lucia and very friendly man on reception. He helped us with tips for things to do and places to eat in Vienna. Room very spacious with big windows and very clean. Breakfast also great.

One small inconvenience was the deposit taken on arrival was not then deducted from the total charge so we ended up paying the total charge plus the deposit (which was 50% of our total cost). The money was refunded within a day so it was ok, just a small inconvenience as we hadn’t budgeted for this.

The location was great, we could reach all the important places in Wien by metro or bus. The room was clean, big and well heated. It was great we could reserve a parking place upfront. The staff was super friendly and helped us with all the information regarding nice restaurants nearby or ways to get to the center/ Christmas Markets! Many thanks once again!

The breakfast was repetitive and they had no omelet. Poor amenities in the room, no fridge (we didn’t need any, but still).

Location was good, near to the U -Bahn Station, but e.g. Schönbrunn you could reached by feet. Our room was on the ground floor, very quiet. We got extra pillows by request.

Breakfast was nothing special, especially coffee was disappointing. Fruit/veggie slice bowls were empty. Always crowded.

The room was clean and pleasant. The location is okay because there is UBahn near by. The stuff was nice. There is a safe box.

The noise isolation is just not good, got a lot of noise from the cars in the street and from the next room. The price was high for the offer.

The hotel is located near subway Station, and you can reach easy the city centrum. The staff is friendly and the space very clean. They have also option to pay for parking the car if place on the main street not found. The breakfast is tasty but not so diversified

The location is excellent. It’s a 3 minute walk to the subway, rail car and bus so you can go everywhere in Vienna. The stuff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our communication with regards to covid regulations and restrictions prior to our arrival was very helpful and precise.

The location is good as it is close to Schönbrunn and it also has a veri close metro station. The triple room is very spacious, clean and cleaning happens daily. Breakfast is also good. When available parking helps a lot and it's at the right price.

No fridge in the room which can be missed for longer stays. The bathroom door was hard to close and making a lot of noise which can be disturbing as the bathroom is en suit. Also, one of the beds, was squeaking a lot
