I like the location and traffic. There are several supermarkets and several nice imbisses downstairs. It is also close to some landmarks. I like the friendly receptions, who are always there to help.

Be careful while using the towel. The shelf is right above the toilet. I brought my own towel. After I put it back in a rush, it fell into the toilet, and it happened twice (of-course I throw these pity towels away)... Well, it was actually my own mistake, but I think it would be nice to do something to prevent this.

Perfect location next to tram stop and 8 min walking from Schönbrunn palace, lovely room with very clean bathroom and comfy bed, tasty breakfast with great view as bonus. Nice and helpfull staff.

Rooms with windows to the street are very loud esp during day. During night with closed window its feasible but not for lightsleepers.

Friendliness of the staff with the desire to help You in solving little problems and tasks.

actually - the size of the room and the absence of any items inside of the room needed to the traveller. very sportanic room. and the price - may be I haven’t been in Vienna for a long time, or I have been at the wrong time of staying, but EUR116.00 per night without breakfast is hardly a budget term.

The staff was very nice and accommodative. The WiFi works great, which is important when travelling for work. The location is great, very close to public transportation and less than 15mins walk from Schönbrunn Palace. I liked the fixtures in my room and bathroom, it was nice and very functional.

This cleaning staff sometimes skipped cleaning my room during the last few days of my trip.

I liked the room, it was big and clean. The location was also good, pretty close to the metro station (10-15 minutes) and to the Westbahnhof (20 minutes). The breakfast was not that good in my opinion.

I didn't like the breakfast. It was very small, it was hard to get full, especially by that price, it was better to get to the next door cafe to get more food. But the view from the roof was very nice.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The hotel is located in a cozy residential district with plenty of local restaurants and cafes.

The AC did not work very well, so the room was a little bit hotter than comfortable.

Very quiet. Good access to public transportation. Room clean. Bathroom is clean with good water pressure. Easy walk to Schoenberg Palace. Near 3 grocery markets. Check in was easy.

Outside in some areas could have been swept. Other than that my very adequate.

Nice staff ať the desk, room was very clean, shower fantastic. The bonus is the location near Schonbrun And possibilty of parking in the object.

Small rooms, breakfast was very poor, too much people And very little food, .the staff did not have time to refill🤔

Budget hotel, Penny market in 10 meters from hotel entrance. Small "terrace" - means a table with 2 chairs outside of your room on 1st floor, where you can relax in the evening or smoke few cigarettes.

Nice hotel close to Schoenbrunn. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was alright and as announced. I would appreciate a fridge in the room, though.
