The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and family friendly. Location was ok since there was a bus station close to the hotel

The lack of electric kettle

The building is very new and everything is clean and nice. The staff was really awesome.

The heating in the rooms is done by invertors (air conditioning that can heat as well in theory). However when we tried to heat the room (there were about 20 degrees), the air conditioning was keep blowing cold air even we set the temperature to 27 degrees (to heat up the room a bit) as our daughter sleeps without cover, hence 20 degrees is too cold for a 3 years old. Unfortunately this was not solved during our stay even though we reported it to reception. However, need to mention, that we stayed only two nights and during weekend so it can be possible that support for the heating system was not available in weekend.

The check in & our processes were so easy to follow. The twin room is quite big as well. The room was clean and staff was lovely. The tram/train is a short distance from the hotel.

The breakfast options for €8.50 was quite limited and some of the items finished that we didn’t have the chance to eat.

I liked the room and the staff was very nice. Also, instead of keys or cards, there is a code to enter the hotel and the room, which was very useful for my situation. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well.

Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the rooms. And the breakfast was very basic - like somebody just went to the nearest discounter, bought a plastic-wrapped packet of breakfast ham and cheese, cornflakes and muesli, basic bread, industry-made slices of "cakes", etc, and put them in fancy jars. But it was totally fine for my needs. The neighborhood isn't pretty, but also not too far from the station.

The room is very clean and cozy, bed and mattress are suitable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but for those who are going to pay for it additionally - it is possible to get a better one for the same money in a city

First- when I arrived it appeared that the receptionist had no idea about my reservation. Luckily I was able to prove it and the lady was very nice and tried hard to resolve the situation in the best way for me. So I got the room but had to experience a bit of stress. Also, we were not able to get a place in a hotel's parking because of this, and each day we had to find a parking spot in a city full of visitors and tourists. And third - right in front of my window it was a construction site with noise starting at 6 am :)

The hotel was quite new and the room was large by European standards. Everything was clean. Breakfast was typical of the continental breakfasts we had on our 2 week trip - fruit, yogurt, cereal, sandwich meat, bread, coffee, pastry. The staff were very helpful and told us about a pub nearby that served authentic German food. Getting to and from downtown was quite easy - the S Bahn train stop is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel and connects to the main terminal in Vienna. Tickets are available at the train stop near the hotel. I recall the journey was about 15 minutes and the trains were not crowded when we took them.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. The key things - cleanliness, safety, comfort and breakfast were there and the price was good compared to what we paid in other cities in Central Europe. Things are expensive this year and there are a lot of people travelling.

It was very clean. Parking slot available and locked for the night. Personel was very friendly and supportive.

Honestly, I understood b&b is not my type of accomodation. Objective minuses: - some specific smell in the coridor - no iron even on reception due to regulation - location of the hotel is not good. A lot of construction ongoing. The view from the window is on scrapyard

Location is good. Hotel is next to tram and bus station, and few minutes walk to U bahn 6. Each is 25-30 minutes to city center. Hotel has underground parking garage you need to reserve in advance and if you pay before arrival you get access code and you can park your car immediately apon arrival. Considering parking prices in Vienna this is good price and because of very good public transport you really dont need to drive a car. There is also access code for your room instead of a key or key card. And this too you get, if you pay in advance, and you can go directly to your room when you arrive. Very good, nice and kind personel.

It is not really a problem in winter when we were there, but in summer you'll maybe need a fridge.

It was easy to check in. The process for leaving out luggage in the storage prior to check in was made clear to us and it helped us plan our day of sightseeing allowing us to do so without taking our bags around. The location for taking trains especially out of the city centre is very convenient

There’s not much in terms of cafes and shops in the street of the hotel. That’s not to say they aren’t accessible by tram because they very much are.

This is a new hotel, with all the modern style and technology facilities. It is very helpful that they provide paid subterrane parking, considering Wiena's parking conditions. The ladies at the check-in were very amiable and accommodating. I liked the room very much. It was large, nice, clean, and very comfy. Access to the building, room, and parking was very easy. There are a few markets around where you can buy food and things. They had a small issue with their pos when I paid for my parking there, so they charged me multiple times for the same service. When I saw that in my bank account, I contacted them, and Elizabeth, diligently and considerate took care of it. Appreciate that!

Maybe the parking spots are too narrow for the American standards. 😜 I also was confused when I had to pull a string in the ceiling to open the parking garage's door. But I figured it out. I couldn't use the TV too much. Almost everything was in German, so I staired the pictures for a while and turned it off. Take into consideration that it is nothing worthy to go for eat in the area. They recommended me a Biergarten, but not what I expected.
