Pannonia Tower

Everything very good (room, cleaning, breakfast), as usual, except the minor mention under "What didn't you like" section.

We stayed here many times, however this was the first time to have the cleaning team knocking on the door around 09:15 and then again at 09:50 on the departure morning, even if the check-out deadline is at 11:00 and I specified after the first knock that we will leave the room around 10:15... Being the departure morning there is no daily cleaning to be performed and room preparation for the next client should be done after check-ou confirmed by reception. Might be a new policy, as it happened again on the 2nd of August (we stayed there again on our return trip) when they knocked on the door at 08:10 (we were awake, but still not quite ok...)

Staff is great, kind and helpful, hotel is very clean, room is very big and breakfast is good with a lot of varierity. Also, if you like to take dinner at hotel restaurant, it's worth it, good food, big portions. You can always choose other restaurants just 10 minutes away by walking. If you are in Parndorf for shopping, this is the perfect place to go and stay after a full day of shopping, it's 5 minutes from the stores with car, you can even walk it if not too many baggages. And let's not forget the free parking, just great service and qulity for the money!

Room was advertised with bathrobe and slippers which were missing, luckly we had slippers from home.

Location is perfect for access to the Parndorf shopping park and it has a free parking lot in front of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was quite diverse and good with some room for improvement (queue at the pancake maker:)). Our window got stuck open during the night and as there was a snowstorm that night, I caught quite a cold and had words with the reception staff... despite the fact that it turned out to be our fault for not knowing how to use the switch, they were very kind and generous about it.

Hotel rooms are, in my view, really quite basic and basically just for overnight stays for shopping. Also, overpriced... I guess because of limited choice of accommodation alternatives in the area.

very clean, well organized/ distributed space in the rooms, very friendly receptionist during the checkin, SPA area was left open for us after usual closing time 23:00, we really appreciate it. Free parking was a big advantage :)

- used towels (not enough new) at the SPA zone (but it was after the closing hours so we understand) - due to safety reasons - iron/iron board cannot be brought to the room. One has to go to the reception to a special room(first time I came across with this. A bit uncomfortable, but also understandable).

Nothing for 1st time stay

Really near the shopping center Outlet Parndorf also near Vienna and other beautiful places. Hotel has clean and big rooms what is perfect if you travel with kids. Also breakfast is great, they have everything for everyone.

The staff at the reception was not very friendly (when we tray to speak in german they don’t really understand, we’ve got feeling they are workrs from Slovakia) also staff at brakfast are to slow - they were out of plats, spons … all the time we miss something and they can’t clean tables - with small children we have to do it by ourselfs.

The blanket was way too hot for normal room temperature, but this is the common problem of many a modern hotels. They use those "very" synthetic blankets and either you sleep without it or you turn down room temperature to the lowest level possible. Also the cleaning staff should be a bit more careful of not leaving few of their nice long strands of hair on the guests blanket. Otherwise everything was pitch perfect.

It's a hotel with high standards. Water cooker, tea and coffee in the room for use Big modern shower and great bed. Superb lobby restaurant with moderate prices. Modern building (absolute nothing to hear from outside or neighbor room) and nice open view. Very quick check-in and out. Great staff! I'll come here again.

Nice view, functional and clean bathroom, huge shower, enough power outlets (which is otherwise almost always a problem).Restaurant is very nice - good menu and service is fast, polite and helpful, they fed us even a bit before restaurant was open (we'd be late on a meeting otherwise). Ah, and water/juice "supply" was included in the room for free.

From this kind of hotel, I'd expect a carpet in the room, but this is just a preference, not a bad thing.

Room was large and clean. Quiet, despite exposed location of hotel. The conference facilities are fine except for the width of the hallway, see below. Food served was good.

While the conference rooms were spacious, the hallway between them was not. On the one side were standing tables, on the other the buffet, leaving very little room for 100 people to move back and forth. Wouldn’t want to see what happens in case you have to evacuate the building!
