Deco Collection

The staff helped me throughout with my stay and two small children. They helped me change money, book tango, get takeout delivery for the kids so we could see the tango (after a few restaurants didn't work out I left her cash and she basically took over ensuring they got dinner, bringing it up to the nanny). They helped order cabs, recommend activities, hold suitcases, replace sheets after kid's accident and never once complained when the kids ran around reception and we had bags falling everywhere. All but one spoke fluent English. The room itself was spacious and very clean with daily housekeeping. It was a dream to come back to after a long day out. They even tucked the kids stuffed animal into the crib sheets.

The breakfast food could be better. Eggs runny and pastries were okay. Fruit was good. One or two more options would be nice as well.

location near aeroparque. it is a great hotel if you are going to take domestic flights for other parts of Argentina. the hotel is clean , correct price for the value.

at night it is not so safe to go around.

excellent position, very helpful and friendly staff. Goid to have a pool, even a small one, and tea making facilities.

sound proofing not good. I was disturbed the 1st night by the people above me. The steps into the pool didn’t feel very safe. Breakfast ample but a bit sweet for me, although fruit excellent.

The room is very comfortable. The internet worked with no problems in the room and in the common areas. The staff is very friendly. The location was close to the main attractions in the city center. Breakfast is very basic but enough if you just want a quick bite to eat and you are not very particular about what you eat (e.g. they don't have eggs). If you don't mind the little details, the DecO is a good choice.

The place is advertised as Soundproof and it's very far from being that, we could hear doors closing, people talking clearly, and so on. The place in general needs some maintenance: the window in the bathroom had a hole that was covered with a piece of tissue, the duvet had an old bloodstain, the walls need to be repainted (and by a professional). The hotel has a pool area that is empty and as it's not being used due to Covid, so it seems to be completely abandoned, which impacts the overall look of the place.

Trendy, well located, confortable. Reception desk employee on Saturday morning was a delight, same as the cleaning man. Breakfast just ok. Super confortable beds.

They had confirmed an underground parking spot but at arrival there was no availability. The employee of the night shift was completely detached from his role, couldn’t care less for the parking issue, responded as a robot without eye contact giving directions to external places to park. Rooms need maintenance (e.g. door handle came out twice).

I loved Eduardo as I arrived was treated as a guest. My studio was lovely. Ac was great. The location was just perfect anything you need at the steps out the door. I needed ice.. the way the delivered this tiny request... better than a 5 stars. Thats the whole experience above the 5 stars...

They should leave a toilet brush, they need to tell guests they can access silverware and plates from downstairs buffet area.

Well appointed clean and spacious room. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Internet satisfactory.Very convenient location for cruise ships and city centre and of course the famous Recoletto Cemetry with Evita's Mausoleum and Admiral William Brown Irish born founder of the Argentinian Navy to name a few of its internes!Look out for the Green .

great, comfy hotel to stay when flying to/from aeroparque. comfortable, ample suite, clean, safe, nice smelling cosmetics. good breakfast.

the twin beds were narrow and hard, but it’s a common problem in Argentina. probably not the best neighborhood to be out at night

Good breakfast, great location for us. Comfortable room and helpful staff.

The room door stuck and was difficult to open and close. Had to be forcibly closed or it wouldn't lock. We had to re-key a couple of times when the keys wouldn't open the door.

Location and room was confortable

Rooms were not soundproof and had to request reception that the guests next door lowered their music at midnight
