Alvear Art Hotel

The whole place was very clean, my room was always cleaned even when I didn't ask. The sauna and pool where great!! Quite street, everything you need near by including a 24 pharmacy. It's in the middle of most of the tourist attractions. I wanted a quite place and I got it. All staff was very professional. Especially - Ezequiel and Gabriel were very helpful and friendly.

Some wear and tear on the room, they tired to fix anything I pointed out right away. I asked for a view, I didn't get the best view, but did get a high floor.

Clean, comfortable room, very good location, fair cost/benefit for the rates and overall costs.

Breakfast service. Only hotel I have been to where staff makes guests wait in line while they prepare additional tables (with glassware, napkins, etc) that should be ready way before guests arrive. Additionally, and worse, we went back to the buffet service before the time for the end of service and it was gone... not only before 11am, but without the usual kindled note "we'll take out the buffet, would you folks care for some more?" The impression is that the team working at breakfast makes their own rules without proper oversight from the hotel manager.

The hotel is one of the best, rooms are extra large, super clean, lobby is spacious, most of all the service is outstanding This is my choice of hotel from now on. Now I am an Alvear convert.

It will be good if they have a concierge who can speak good English to guide you on exploration of the amazing city of Buenos Aires, other than that every thing is perfect..

Fantastic breakfast! Fresh fruits with lost of flavour and everything what you would like in great quality. Comfortable beds and shower.

I could have liked a little more spa facilities however the hot pool in the roof was really nice. No massages available on the day we were there.

Professional staff all-around: from check-in to check-out. Beautiful facility and elegant rooms. Availability of sauna and pool are a big plus when travelling for business purposes. Food and drinks at the restaurant are memorable. Very secure.

The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, we felt really listened. They didn’t hesitate to help us on every request. When we had a little incident i asked to talk to the manager and in 5’ he, Andres, granted me a meeting.

Breakfast and restaurant quality in general could have been better. Sauna and steam room needs a bit of maintenance

Staff, Room, Breakfast, Facilities, everything was on the high level! My choice in BA! I will recommend staying there to all my friends!

All of the staff, from the top down, made hospitality their focus. when a potential challenge arose, they were ready with a solution. It was refreshing to have that level of service.
