The location is the only positive part of this hotel
My whole stay was a disaster!! From the beginning the staff was very rude. My room was ready 1,5 hours after the official check-in time, which can happen, however when I went to the room it was not the room that I had booked. I booked a double bed in a spacious room, instead I got a single bedroom which was in a very tiny space. When I confronted the staff they told me there was nothing they could do as they were fully booked. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong in a booking system and told them that I would accept the room at the price for a single bedroom, as I am not going to pay for something I do not get. They didn’t understand me and told me that I should not complain as I get a good currency rate as a tourist. This not only invalidates my complaint but also is very rude and not helpful at all. In the end they gave me a 10% discount after negotiating for a very long time. The room itself was old, neglected and dirty. there was not even a bulb in the nightstand. I would have never stayed there if it wasn’t the weekend and I had no other options. Worst hotel experience I had in my life.
