1. Needs deep cleaning especially the elevator and leather chairs in the lobby 2. The elevators floor, buttons to press need to be deeply cleaned and disinfected, elevator buttons are beginning to malfunction, hard to press and gets stucked. This has been going on since I checked in 1 year ago 3.breakfast buffet quality is better in the past. 4. I’m emotionally attached to this hotel. It’s been my place for years whenever I go to BA. I don’t want to see it go down and ultimately,close Triste.

This was a truly great experience in Buenos Aires. I had a 12th-floor room with a walk-out balcony with a great view of the city below, including the Obelisco de Buenos Aires. The room itself was large and clean with a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and spoke English which was great when I wandered down to the lobby in the early morning to find a spoon!

If I was going to nitpick, I would have liked some fresh coffee and more cooked choices for breakfast, but other than that, everything was really great

The swimming pool and the jacuzzi/sauna area was amazing!! I was there until the last minute. Really loved that part, however it would be nice to extend the open hours. Very clean and comfy rooms, I liked the mirrors on the closet doors right next to the bed, got us thinking lot of crazy ideas... an amazing view and I am not talking about the streets you know 😏 The breakfast was yummy with many options, both sweet and salty ones. The personnel was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Swimming pool close hour

The hotel was in a good location, room was a good size and comfortable beds. Good breakfast each morning. Overall very clean and to a high standard.

The swimming pool was warm initially but then had a fault and was very cold. Pool area generally could have been cleaner. Ran out of coffee in the room and was told there was non available until next day but still no coffee supplied. Also dirty coffee cups left in room and did not empty waste bin. A shame to have these small things as overall was very good.

very good clean room. staff allowed us to check out later for a modest fee. excellent breakfast. very nice pool for lap swimming, including a dedicated lane. easy location for walking, major sights, transportation, and a wide variety of stores and restaurants. very good air conditioning. comfortable lobby.

would have liked a stronger bathroom vent to remove moisture.

Rooms were a good size, pool was amazing and location was fantastic.

The hotel looks a bit dated and the gym was so hot, there was no fan or AC but we had a lovely stay and I do recommend this hotel

Perfect location on the main avenue in BA .... easy walk to downtown landmarks many restaurant options nearby cant comment on food/ facilities.. only stayed 10 hours in total

Room / bed/ fixtures in need of updating.... it all felt a bit jaded...

- Proximity to the centre - Connections to publc transportation - Breakfast and restaurant - Pool

- Noisy on Saturday evening because of high traffic - Good standing but a bit all used

The pool and spa area were the highlight for us. We booked massages too and these were excellent. The breakfast in the morning had so many options and the wifi was strong everywhere.

Nothing, can't fault it

The hotel is very convenient, offers a delicious breakfast. But why really makes this hotel superb is the staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Emiliano is so professional, he gave us some fantastic recommendations and made our trip smooth and very enjoyable .
