Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park

I was cautious after a few bad reviews, the lower cost, and the age of the property. It was fine. Room was clean and smelled great. The elevator areas could be cleaner for sure. You stand there waiting, so you look around. Otherwise I probably wouldn’t have noticed. The staff was awesome.

Clean up the elevators are the area. Like deep clean the goo out of the corners in the elevators.

This is a value for money hotel with Las Vegas Convention Center just opposite to it. It's at the end of Vegas Strip and provides access to whole strip. No complimentary breakfast. In morning, big top restaurant is the best option for breakfast. It's in casino area just on right when you go from lobby to casino. Room was very spacious and clean but house keeping is not everyday thought. All in all, it was a pleasant stay without breaking bank account 😀

The staff was rude. Our room card stopped working and I waited by the door to our room with our breakfast while he ran down to the front desk to get another key. In the 5 minutes he was gone, security tried to remove me from the hallway because I was "loitering". I explained to them the situation but they didn't care. They called for backup to remove me right as my husband showed up with the key. No apologies or anything from them. Just a reminder that you can't loiter in the halls. ... ridiculous! We complained to the front desk and they backed up security. I asked what was I supposed to do instead of wait at the door? They said wait anywhere other than the hallways.... again, this is just insane.

The room was amazing.

The elevator situation is a severe problem and must implement a solution immediately. Check-in is the opportunity for the hotel to welcome their guests; thank us for choosing Circus Circus, and it's a proud history, not to stand in lines for 2 hours having this the "first impression." If you need more staff, hire them, if you need more terminals. After standing in a check-in line, I finally got to my room, and the keys did not work. This happened twice during my stay.

The hot water! This hotel has the hottest water, I loved it!

I didn’t like that the rooms don’t have microwaves or mini fridges.

I liked the location and comfortable parking. The amenities are nice if you are a first timer. It is in a key location, there is never too much traffic and it is comfortable to visit other places in Las Vegas from the Circus Circus.

There were some minor details about the room humidity but these go beyond. Overall no major complaints, would stay here again on a different ocassion.

I’ve always loved Circus Circus, it’s just a fun place that brings back childhood memories and nostalgia.

Exceptionally long line with few customer service folks at check in, rude staff at check in. A gentleman asked if he could get ahead in line as his mother was in a wheelchair and wanted to use the restroom in her room; an altercation occurred and security was called to remove the poor guy.

all the family fun things to do, the pool was nice too!

wasn’t very clean throughout the hotel, elevators were not swept the entire 4 days we were there (same spilled fancy cups, cigarette butts, drinks in one of the elevators the whole time)

the location is a bit far from the heart of the strip to walk. the rooms are comfy but at the same time a bit out dated. other than that it's clean, the room as well as the casino

no working is ports in the room also there weren't enough towels to dry off after showering. the lamps were not plugged in at arrival. the electrical splitters were exposed on the floor. other than that it's a great hotel.
