Literally, shelter from a storm on a rainy day after travelling 9000 miles in our pickup. The lady who attended us in reception was nice and the room was well furnished although a little time-worn.
We had trouble with the manager who did not want to respect the price quoted on booking.com, even though I had the confirmation and price on my cell phone. After about 5 minutes of discussion he seemed to give up and the receptionist booked us into the room at the quoted price. A visitor was having a similar problem when we arrived but had used another booking agency. She left and did not get a room.

My son gave me the biggest hug for picking this property. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, with two separate bedrooms and a third sofa bed in the living room… plus a full kitchen! After 10 days on the road, the kids appreciated the chance to spread out.
The location is not the best, in a strip center that is just a little sketchy. The family misses full breakfasts, but the COVID-friendly take-out bags did have some croissants that were enjoyed. There is a slight smell in the lobby, but the room is fine!

The room was great, and close to where we needed to go.
The continental breakfast was very lacking in options. I'm used to having more fruit options and yogurt options, so I didn't eat there. Also it breakfast rooms small, having 3 people in there with all the tables, got crowded.

Great room very friendly staff. When you check out they offer you a breakfast bag (bagel, cream cheese, muffin, fruit bar, piece of fruit, water bottle and fruit juice.) I have stayed twice going and coming on vacation.
Nothing really but maybe they could put bars at both ends of tub and make the skid strips a little longer.

The desk clerk was nice & friendly. The room was clean. Liked that the room had a refrigerator & microwave.
We had problems with the room keys & had to get new ones & still had problems, so the desk clerk moved us to a different room.

There was a loose ceiling tile in the bathroom. Also, the overflow cap fell off while I was taking a shower. It's an older hotel so it needs some upgrades. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep.
