Breakfast was great-- bacon, scrambled eggs,potatoes, along with breads/bagels, biscuits and gravy, juices, oatmeal with toppings, milk and chocolate milk, 4 different cereals, and waffle maker. Best hotel breakfast along our 10 day vacation. Waterpark was fun for kids to end vacation with. Wasn't overly chlorine smell which was nice that they regulated it better than most hotels! Very accommodating as we checked in at 1 am and very friendly staff! Was worth every dollar!
The Waterpark slides need some maintenance. Ended up scraping back and legs on slide. Short window for breakfast 6-9:30.

Pretty much everything. Cookies when e we got there. Clean comfortable room. Exceptional pool. Great breakfast. All staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was so friendly and kind. There was a lady who evidently had a problem and was yelling and cussing at him. He calmly tried to assist her but she wasn’t having. She screamed FU and stormed out the door while we and others were having breakfast. He came in the dining area and apologized for her behavior. We will definitely go back if we are in the area again. Great hotel and service.

My family and I were passing through 17 of us! In the morning we went and ate a decent breakfast, provided by the hotel. Next we rinsed off, and went swimming. The slide was not running the kids went to play in it. Up and down making their own fun! Eventually a maintenance guy was walking around, and started up the slides for us . That literally made our day!
More than one bar of soap. Also on the ceiling it looked like a long brown line that was due to something leaking above us at one point .

We were able to get in a bit early as my husband had a work call he was hoping not to miss. The housekeeping manager and hotel manager worked together to make it happen. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. This was the nicest place I’ve stayed for this price anywhere.
The shower made a loud squealing sound and didn’t drain as fast as I would like. I would also have appreciated a larger fridge with a freezer compartment large enough to reference or ice packs.

Quick stay in Gillette. Hotel was easily accessible and close to restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. Walked to the Wyoming Rib and Chop House, which was very good. Room was clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy; staff was friendly. Exercise room was nice and clean. We would stay there again.
Parking lot was shared with another hotel and a bit cramped for a larger pickup. Towels could have been nicer.

I’ve spent most of my adult life in hotel management. I’m picky and check everything. I enjoyed every aspect of this property. staff was excellent. room was spotless. breakfast was excellent with tons of different options to choose from. My daughter loved the water park. I’ll definitely stay at this property when I’m in Gillette.

Overall the hotel was in good shape. The carpets were clean, I bring this up because as I travel I find a lot of carpets that are filthy and this one was not. The breakfast was good.
The toilet needs to be reseated, wobbled when you sat on it. There were holes in the towels in my room. When I brought this up to staff they accepted the feedback with a smile and I felt like they would take action to correct the issues.

This place was perfect for our road trip. After some dodgy motels, it was great to stay in a fully equipped hotel! Room has all of the toiletries, coffee, fridge, microwave, etc. Good continental breakfast. Not good or bad, but we were put in a handicap room and are not in need of such facilities. Not sure if it was a capacity thing or what, but thought maybe they should keep those rooms open for those who need them.
The “sausage patties” at breakfast were actually the kind of chicken patties they serve at high school lunch.

We had a BLAST here. We were traveling on vacation and my grandson turned 5 and we had a fun pool party with total strangers in the indoor water park! The staff & other guests were so cool and my family had a BLAST during our stay! Breakfast was AWESOME too

easy on/off highway, short walk to restaurants, room was quiet. arrived early and host was able to allow me to check in early. very appreciative for the accommodation
had a severe thunderstorm role in and the window leaked. advised front desk, it did not impact anything for me and opted to stay in room. seems the seal is broken around window
