The king room was spacious with good light and comfortable bed and pillows. Self paid parking under the hotel was most appreciated!

No microwave in the room, though there was a frig. While the hotel is centrally located in downtown, it’s surrounded by a homeless encampment which made it uncomfortable to walk around - even to restaurants nearby. Coupon for a glass of wine at the bar and one entree + beverage at breakfast (instead of a buffet) seemed unnecessarily fussy.

The hotel was in a convenient location in the city, and as I indicated the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place.

The room wasn't very well lit, and the price I was quoted was $105/day making it a little over $500 for a 5 day stay. My final bill was over $1400 @ $155/day + multiple taxes and fees (a few meals included). I feel pretty seriously gouged in this respect.

Fantastic location: walking distance to all of the major attractions: Pike Place Market (10 minutes); the ferry terminal (15 minutes); the Space Needle (20 minutes). Abundant hot water, excellent water pressure. Quiet, efficient air conditioning, comfortable bed, clean and modern room. Competitive price. Overall, a great place to stay for a three-day, first-time trip to Seattle.

Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 pm, the advertised check-in time. We had to wait until 4:30.

Hotel was located close to all attractions. The bed was more comfy than home.

I didn't like the bathroom door. It was a slide door with no kind of lock or latch to keep it from opening. I had to go to a different floor to find ice. The door was broken to the ice machine on my floor.

Location was good, happy hour was fun, breakfast was excellent. Staff helped make our anniversary celebration VERY special by accommodating our request and with wine and chocolates - so wonderful!

Parking seemed excessively expensive - especially for hotel guests. Parking pricing on the website would be helpful so guests can know what to expect upon arrival etc.

Loved the location and room size

The listing said it had a bunk bed which we needed and it did not. Also, the restaurant had terrible service. We waited forever for a table, no one greeted us, we left twice.

Location can’t be beat. It’s right in the middle of everything… pike place market, tons of restaurants, a couple blocks away from monorail…. We were able to walk everywhere that we needed to during our stay. Parked our car when we got there and did joy use it again until we checked out.

Not a fan of the “barn door” style bathroom door that had no latch. When one of us would use the bathroom, the door would slowly slide open. We would pull it closed but again it’s slide open again. Also the key card plate on the door had the front panel fall off a few times. Seattle also has a problem with houseless and drugs, much like every big city in the US. We encountered people actively doing drugs at the same spot right next to the hotel several times during our stay. We were easily able to walk on by but it is something to be mindful of.

Check-in: A fantastic first impression. We'd had quite the day and arriving here finished it with a check-in experience beyond expectation. We were offered complimentary wine and beer on arrival (which we really needed!). Plus you can have snacks and sodas at any time during your visit. The person at the desk was friendly, helpful and efficient, making the check-in process easy and pleasant. Location: A few minutes' walk to Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Room: Comfortable and clean. It was exactly as described. Comfortable bed and extra pillows. Reasonably quiet. One thing I loved (that many hotels do not have) was the bathroom vanity has plenty of bench space to put your things and the lighting was also adequate enough to apply make-up Restaurant and Bar: We ate dinner one night and breakfast here. Our meals were nice and the servers were friendly and interested in having a bit of a chat. The room had a comfortable ambience and it was reasonably busy. There is an English pub underneath the hotel which was also pretty good. Every staff member that we interacted with was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

We came into town for the Taylor Swift concert, so the hotel was packed. Despite what was probably a crush of guests, staff was cheerful, responsive, and dealing with a maximum-full hotel wonderfully. Checking in was easy, our room was nice, and everyone at the hotel was helpful in giving directions to the light rail and how to get to Lumen Stadium. We also had a maintenance issue with our toilet not flushing, and someone came and fixed that within 30min, we were very grateful for that. We also received extra towels and items we requested quickly and with cheer. Overall staff dealt with a huge influx of people with grace and a high level of professionalism.

We the 3 of us checked out, I left an expensive phone charger plugged in to the outlet on the left side of the desk. I quickly called within 2-3 hours of checking out and alerted the housekeeping manager of the issue, what room it was, etc. But despite multiple calls and leaving messages to the housekeeping manager over several days after that, my calls were never returned and no one called to advise me they had my item. It was obviously kept by someone, possibly the housekeeping staff, so that was disconcerting, to say the least. When someone leaves an item and calls right away after they have left, there should be no problem locating it and getting it returned to the guest.

Location was awesome! If you're familiar with Seattle (or even if you're not), it's an easy walk to Pike Place, close to a Target, two blocks from the West Lake Link Station (light rail/subway that you can take all the way to the SeaTac Airport for $3), and the "Monorail" that takes you directly to the Space Needle (fyi: the Monorail is straight point A to B line. It just runs back and forth between West Lake and the Space Needle all day). So Location is fantastic! Staff was amazing as well, very professional and welcoming (special recognition to Benjamin). We spent a night at their 5th floor inside/outside restaurant and bar "Frolik" . The view and atmosphere were great!
