location. management was responsive to our request & seemed genuine about fixing issues. especially offering 50% refund for problem’s overall, & internet issues the entire stay.

difficulty accessing property. no AC. dirty hand towel. bathroom faucet loose & not installed properly. furniture very low to the ground.

Great location made it easy to see the city - the tour bus literally stopped right outside the front door!! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The response from the Customer Care Team was quick and effective.

The use of a unique code to access the building, the lift and the apartment was a little troublesome at the start of our stay but was quickly rectified. Our original apartment was very noisy - we appreciate we were in the heart of the city but, because our windows were above an alley it meant we could hear all the traffic, dumpster trucks and people below - giving new meaning to Sleepless in Seattle!! As soon as I contacted the Customer Care Team they moved us to a much quieter apartment - which we were very appreciative of.

One the best apartment in Seattle downtown.Super comfortable bed and very neat and clean apartment. Customer Service is superb. Very helpful staff. Location is awesome.Like you are living in eye of the cow

Everything was perfect

Terrific location across the road from the terrific Pike Place Market & 2 blocks from the subway. Very comfortable apartment in a secure building. Great communication with the host.

Need to be aware sadly, that the central location comes with quite a few homeless residents that wander the city area. We had no trouble but it kept us on our guard.

The location was fantastic, we were within waking distance to everything we needed and wanted to see. The room itself was incredibly clean and we enjoyed that the kitchen had cooking wear and dishes.

Not really your fault the street was just incredibly loud. And maybe screens on the windows, we opened them for air flow and got some bugs. Elevator is also scary haha.

Location was great and the room was very nice clean and comfortable there was no ac :/ and it was soooooo hot and I was informed until checking that that was the case also there was a mix up with our rooms but the fixed it with minimal issues over all would stay again

No ac !! and the fans in the unit were not enough

I enjoy the room very much. All that was provided was more than enough.

The elevator lights went off a couple time. A specific location for trash to be deposited for a long stay.

All the ammenities I needed, perfect space for a few nights in Downtown. Communication with team was fast and effective.

No real negatives, however, the traffic noise is rather loud (ear plugs were provided and used)

The location was great very close to the water. Very friendly staff always greeting with a smile. Clean apartment, nice finishings and comfortable stay

Location was excellent. Just a few blocks from public transport, across the street from major attractions like the market and dining. Would definitely stay there again.
