The room was nice and large. I appreciated the bottled water. It was very comfortable.

My daughter has MS. We did not know there was not an elevator. There were no rooms available on the 1st floor. If it is not stated on the website no elevator, please do. Also ate at 9:15. No bisquits for the bisquits and gravy (gravy was barely warm). Got the last two waffles. Please get a waffle maker. It would be much better. If breakfast is served until 10:00, it should be fully stocked until 10:00. I think I paid enough as $182.00 for a decent breakfast. I did appreciate the rest of the items for breakfast.

Breakfast was a nice surprise. My wife is gluten intolerant and was pleased to find a gf cereal and fresh fruit available.

The special needs rooms need just a bit of help. The toilet is normal height … a “comfort height” one is much better for someone in a wheelchair or walker. That said, the bathroom grab rails are abundant and very helpful. It’s a lot to ask, but the beds are very high and hard to get on and off from. I realize these are things most people don’t think about, but since I lost a leg, I’ve learned a lot about physical challenges.

The breakfast had nice variety of fresh fruit and juice selection was good. Room was clean, felt comfortable.

Breakfast continued. Eggs were not so great, were they made from powdered eggs? Sausage needed to be cooked longer or at least browned. Some potatoes would be nice. My husband and I are both handicapped (old) and did not realize there wasn't an elevator. There were no rooms available on 1st floor so we had to use the stairs. We managed to get to our room but it was difficult for is. Wah,wah!

So, as it happened bad weather grounded many guests on that side of the pass. We were a family of 4. The staff was extremely accommodating. They allowed us to use some of the paper plates outside of the breakfast meal because they knew we were stranded and needed to be able to serve up food to our kids.. They were always smiling and very helpful.

I would have to say the only "issue" we had was they were out of towels at one point - but again - many guests were stranded and they had their hands full. All while being understaffed because workers could not make it in because of the bad weather.

Breakfast was great, and the kids had a ton of fun swimming in the pool. The parking lot was extremely well maintained in the snow. The staff members were exceptionally friendly. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely return.

There was a piece of popcorn in the hide a way sofa bed which made me question the cleanliness a little bit. The keycard system had a lot of trouble. I had to swap my keys out once because they wouldn’t open the door to the pool, and then the new ones didn’t open any of the exterior doors. I also would have to swipe several times each time I tried to get into my room.

They have a fairly decent breakfast. Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, muffins, coffee, juice, etc. The hot tub was also very nice. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

The waffles should be warm already instead of having to put them in a toaster to cook. The hot tub was not working on one of the nights but overall no real complaints.

The staff were great and my room was comfortable.

My room was very noisy. The breakfast area was really small which made it more difficult for breakfasts especially if large groups/families were staying. The breakfast itself wasn't very extensive. I was also expecting more from the "kitchenette" - it was a stretch with just a sink, fridge and microwave.

Very comfortable room. It was very nice to come back to after long hikes. The spa tub was especially nice. I even extended my stay by an extra day because it was so nice. It was nice having the Safeway across the street, it saved me money from eating out all the time (being able to get a meal to heat in the room's microwave). I will always stay here when I'm in Cle Elum.

The breakfast times are different on weekdays than on weekends, so I missed the breakfast when I extended my stay through Monday. Bummer, because it was a good breakfast.

The location was very convenient. Close to Safeway and the dollar store. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The food could have been warmer but they did have a microwave if you wanted to warm it up. I would have liked bacon instead od sausage. It would be nice to have a clock out by the hot tub.

I don't know what was going on with the mattress, but my back hurt for 3 days afterward. My husband said he didn't care for it either and has a hard time sleeping. it served our purposes and the staff was accommodating. We would probable stay there again if we were in the area. The room setup was strange, it had a couch but no end tables or lamps, so it was pretty much useless.
