SpringHill Suites Houston NASA/Webster

Traveled with teenaged grandkids for a quick get away few days. The location was perfect! Even though Main Event is right behind the hotel you would never know it. The restaurant selections were awesome, as was the shopping and easy access to 45 for quick drive down to Galveston. I am rethinking my hotel choices when we do go to Galveston for the week!

I wish there would have been vending on site, their truck had not arrived and there were no snacks, and the convenience store next door was extremely expensive.

Located about 3 miles and about 10 mins drive from NASA Space Station. Conveniently located near restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very clean and maintained. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The Rooms have a microwave, mini fridge and a coffee maker. They are also very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

The breakfast could have been better. Not much choice for breakfast. The sausage, cheese and egg croissants were tasteless as they from the frozen packs. Could have had something fresh instead of the frozen things.

Well, the only reason it didn’t get a 10 is because of breakfast. Last time,(after Covid) I had fried eggs….. this time it was the little quiches from Costco… I have them at home ,so I know. And a breakfast sandwich like at a gas station. There was a sign that said enjoy our breakfast bowls and there was the trimmings for that… but nothing to use them on. I was very confused. So , I just got a bagel and left.

I liked that the rooms were clean and the staff was super sweet. Front desk people were great! And cleaning crew does a great job cleaning the rooms! This is my 2nd time staying here and I have not been disappointed. Rooms smell clean when you walk in and breakfast if also good.

It’s a little further from the beach but it has many other attractions close by.

The room was spacious. Cleaned daily. Breakfast could be better but ok.

I stayed for 5 nights. My shampoo ran out after the first night. It was never restocked. I didn't ask for any, trip was busy. Just ended up purchasing one.

I loved that the room had a vanity and shower room and a separate vanity and toilet bathroom. The Couch in the room was very comfortable and had a nice roll out bed under it. Breakfast options were great. Evening open beverage Bar area in hotel was a nice touch to sit and drink. The hotel is located in a nice area with plenty of thing to do; plenty of shopping, fast food and restaurants, Top golf, Golf course, Dave and Busters, movie theater. In-addition its not a far drive from the hotel to Kemah Boardwalk. Traffic wasn't overly congestive just a little construction in Kemah area, overall pretty easy to navigate around the area.

Extra blanket for bed.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

One of the two elevators was not working. There was a very large group staying the night we did, and we were told to not expect to get breakfast unless we were there very early. We decided to just get up and out and have breakfast elsewhere ... good thing because the large group had taken over the entire lobby with trying to meet up and get organized. We also had a bathroom door handle break off .. they offered us another room, but we declined. Not a big deal really.

Location of this hotel is great. It’s right next to NASA, 1/2 between Houston and Galveston. Staff was really friendly. Hotel is really clean and neat. Breakfast was good, plenty of things to choose from. Only downside is the freeway noise, but overall the hotel itself is quite.

The hotel was very clean, bright and cozy. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Customer service was very good and the front desk handled issues very quickly with a great attitude. I felt no discrimination and very welcome! This is most definitely going to be a must stay on future trips.

One of the beds in the first room we were given was broken and the mattress was HORRIBLE! We were given another room immediately and the beds were much better, but still not great. They could do with some mattress upgrades for sure.

Nice, clean rooms. The location is in walking distance to several restaurants and was a very short drive to Space Center Houston. My son, of course, loved the pool. The melon infused water in the lobby was refreshing after a long drive.

We couldn't get the in-room coffee maker to work but we just ran downstairs and got some.
