The staff here were incredibly accommodating, kind, and helpful. The room was very clean and included a fridge and coffee maker, plus there was a microwave next to the front desk (didn't use) and toaster in the breakfast room. Can't reiterate enough how great the front desk staff were!

Loved the cleanliness of the hotel! Walked into the lobby amazed at how nice and fresh everything looked. Front desk lady extremely friendly and helpful! Provided my family with closer rooms and on the first floor since we had 2 tiny dogs with us. Rooms clean, fresh, comfortable and everything worked from the AC to the toilet. Breakfast was phenomenal! I have never seen a better selection. Everything tasted great and the staff kept up with the cleaning to ensure everything looked tidy and appealing. Loved the overall atmosphere. I do wish the bar was open but that’s ok. Wonderful experience! Will be booking only with Wyndham in the future. Thank you to all the staff!

Great place!! Very clean, well appointed, very nice and professional staff. Love to warm breakfast every day. Rooms are not huge but nicely furnished and organized and as I said clean! Very good value!
The pool unfortunately doesn't get to attention the rest of the property gets. Not very clean (deck or pool), broken lounge chairs, wobbly tables and the jacuzzi is broken. Also why there's not outdoor shower I don't understand. It just appears like nobody is in charge of it, very sad because it is very nicely appointed.

Bed was nice, room cool, clean almost everything we could have wanted the one breakfast I ate was really good....but
there was no refrigerator as we were expecting. the cleaning staff spoke no English and I did not speak Spanish One of your day staff was a bit rude when telling us that our puppy was not welcome in the breakfast room, what it caused was offended both my daughter the owner of the puppy and me and we did not enjoy the wonderful breakfast offerings the rest of our stay.

Clean room and comfortable bed. A/C is manually controlled for your personal needs/comfort. A/C worked well. Water was HOT very quickly. The shower had GREAT water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. All food items were fresh and tasty - a very nice selection of food. Quality and quantity - very good!
The bathroom was a little cramped - but very nice overall.

Fabulously helpful desk staffer named Kim. She epitomized service ethic and customer satisfaction. She was quick to get us a different room when our AC was making a racket. She got us a set of towels when housekeeping ignored our request. Kim even recommended a great pizza pub nearby. It’s so difficult to experience good customer service anymore. Kim deserves recognition.
The floor of our room needed to be mopped. Very sticky.

Overall it's a very nice and comfortable Hotel. The staff is incredible friendly and professional. It is very clean and reasonable in price.
Even us the inside of the hotel and the rooms are kept very well the pool area showed neglect. The pool was in over a week never cleaned the pool deck was dirty and multiple pieces of furniture were broken. As I was there for over a week having the same breakfast everyday got really old. I would have appreciated if they had mixed it up a little bit.

The location is so close to Downtown Austin and other fun spots in the city, the front desk staff was funny and friendly from the first interaction, and I liked the remodeled look of the rooms. Once all of the facility's amenities are back up and running, this will be a hard hotel to be at for the price.
The closed entrance to the parking lot from the service road seemed unnecessary and caused for several delayed rideshare issues. Also, the elevators could use a little cleaning and a paint job.
