Really good value for money. Felt safe as a solo traveler. The staff were always on hand to help and were really lovely and welcoming. Everything seemed clean and well kept both inside and outside at the pool.
The location isn’t that great if you don’t have a car. There aren’t any shops or bars within walking distance but there is a restaurant and gas station next door and a bus stop 5 mins walk

Everything was perfect. Clean rooms, clean pool, happy receptionist and house keeping services. Restaurant next door was delish. I had my own vehicle so the location worked out incredibly well, minutes from Austin hotspots. LOVED my space at this hotel, made my vacation relaxing and enjoyable! I’d stay over and over and over again.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff was very nice and helpful. Loved that the pool was just outside our room and the restaurant next door was amazing!
The door didn't close all the way by itself and the fridge and A/C took long to cool. That did not spoil our fun tho!

Very clean and the staff is very friendly. And, the beds are very comfortable. The location is very conveniently located.
There is only one elevator, so at times you end up waiting a while. And, you always have to come in through the front entrance. You can’t use your room key card to get in any other door which makes it very inconvenient getting your things in.

Other than the cockroach that hung out in my bathroom rent free, the place was pretty clean. The rooms are clean and towels are fresh.
Not enough snacks for purchase at the facility. This posed a problem because the gas station next door was closed a lot. Not to mention the gas station shrew was one of the worst human beings on the planet. But, that’s another story.

The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of space, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great for accessing downtown Austin. Conveniently next door to a Circle K fuel station if you need to pick any extra bits for your room! Plenty of parking onsite.

Hotel room was very nice. Comfortable king bed. Balcony was small but great to have and overlooked the pool. Great restaurant next door. Good location for visiting downtown & 6th street.
Front desk staff was not rude but they weren't very friendly and didn't really seem to care about much (busy on their phone, had to reprogram my card multiple times throughout my stay, etc).

Room was good clean and well equipped, decor was a bit dated but still very pleasant. Location is good, although the surroundings are falling off the cliff.
The exterior of the building and the parking lot look old and tired, booth need substantial remodel. Air conditioning unit in the room was way too loud, had to turn it off.

Our favourite stay of the whole trip! This place is such a gem, the room is great but the real winner is the stunning lobby area and pool. Such a fab place to chill out and right next to the lovely Hideout restaurant. Fab location, easy drive to anywhere from here.

love that it connected to a place to eat. clean and kind staff. beds on firmer side but still comfortable to sleep in. plenty of outlets. balcony had a nice view of the gas prices
pillows sink to much. the menu in the room is outdated and not showing correct price to the hideaway( assuming they never gave the hotel new updated version of the menu)
