The property is very new within the rapidly growing Mueller development. I loved the unique decor of the room. The restaurant attached has a good breakfast. The hotel and surrounding area is very pleasant with lots of great features and amenities nearby, including a nice park in walking distance. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The parking options are less than ideal. Self-parking and valet are both $20/day, but only the valet allows in and out privileges. The valet can take anywhere from 5-20min if they’re busy, so be mindful of that when scheduling activities. Also, the rooms are great, and I couldn’t hear my neighbor on either side, but there’s a lot of bleed over noise from the hallway, including loud doors slamming in the morning from housekeeping starting their work.

Location is good (if not, as of Sept 22 yet finished) and just a $25-ish ride from Downtown and also the airport. The rooms are great, really comfortable and well appointed. I stopped in for a Classic Diner Burger at the Blue Lacy restaurant one evening and it was super-delicious (as was the locally-brewed artisan beer!) The hotel is in a new development called Mueller and construction is still underway, but the surrounding area is really pleasant and there was no unobtrusive noise. The surroundings are nice with a very pleasant park and pond with ducks and swans and plenty of shade to keep you out of the Texas heat. Great Irish/Liverpudlian pub next door and a well stocked convenience store within a couple of minutes' walk.

It's great that the rooms have motion-sensor lights so they switch off when you're not there and save on electricity - but it sucks when you're chilling in your room reading or watching a movie in and the lights turn out every 15 mins! First time it happened I thought there was a power cut. Not the end of the world, just wave your hands! The only downside to my stay was the breakfast fare. Although the burger I had in Blue Lacy on my first night was excellent, the breakfast was nowhere near the same quality. It wasn't terrible - it just wasn't quite what I expected. Sorry about that

The hotel is new and looks excellent. The decorations inside were quirky and wonderful. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood is lovely.

There seems to be a newer trend against bathroom doors and privacy. The bathroom has a sliding door which does not cover the entrance completely, there is at least an inch of space between the walls and the "door" and you can see inside the bathroom from the room. The sink faucet had extremely low water pressure.

Great location, staff was very accommodating, clean rooms. Very easy to get around hotel. Didn't try the connected pub/restaurant, but it looked promising.

Not too thrilled with only having valet parking offered. Same price to park car overnight in parking garage directly across the street without the feeling of obligation to tip. So, maybe a deal could be reached with the parking garage facility to just charge the same and stay there for the guests who don't need valet parking.

Extremely central. Well positioned in an urban environment with plenty of restaurants around. Fabulous park to walk in. We had our dog so very convenient. There is also a lovely outside area to eat and bring your dog. The restaurant even has a dog treat menu.

Nothing really to not like except the dog fee is a tad high at $50 a stay, especially as we were only staying one night. That said they did provide a bed for the dog, bowls, a toy, and a biscuit treat. So excellent set up.

We liked the hotel being located in the center of so many interesting restaurants and attractions. We loved the ease of checking in/out and the friendliness of the staff. We loved that everything was within walking distance and that if it wasn't, bikes were available for our use to get there.

We didn't like the thinness of the walls, or lack of soundproofing. We heard our neighbors in the next room over a few times, however not enough to be a complete nuisance.

absolutely stylish, very beautiful. The hotel is located in a nice new area which feels very safe. It is a bit of a way to downtown, but that’s just common in the US. The staff is very nice, I especially want to point out the Valet employees that would always run to open the door (which for me really isn’t necessary, but they were so nice about it!)

The shower was not safe for my wife who has touse a wheelchair. We had to request a shower chair and got that. We requested a rubber mat for the shower but that never came. It was pretty dangerous getting her in and out of the shower. really that was the only problem we had.

Great design and facilities. Room is absolutely exceptional and high end. Staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Location is great in Mueller. (Very near to fantastic restaurants/eateries/bars etc). Extremely HD TV! Very reasonable price too.

The only one very small reason not to stay here is that it is a bit far from downtown/central Austin. Though it’s relatively easy through buses.

Brandnew hotel in a beautiful, revitalized location in close vicinity to a park and a variety of entertainment and dining opportunities. Public transit options to downtown Austin in walking distance. Bright and stylish decor of the hotel, comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms. The staff at check-in and at the valet service was very friendly and oustandingly helpful!
