Loved this place from the minute we walked in! The pictures do not do its justice... Only thing I wish is that the beds where more a queen size bed and not a full, this is my only complaint... Otherwise this place was amazing and I wish we could've stayed longer! I enjoyed thw many photos we where able to take with the beautiful decor! This will not be our last time here and I'm most certain that this will become our hotel of choice when coming to Austin!

The hotel is beautiful and they have though of every little thing in your room to make it convenient for you! The grounds are beautifully kept and the hotel is quiet and very clean. During our stay we only heard a bit of noise once from the hall way. There is an on-site food truck and the coffee and cocktail lounge is adjacent to the pool. The hotel is conveniently located near multiple food and shopping options, as well.

Two things I’d say reduced my rating of the hotel: in my particular bedroom within the hotel room I had the misfortune of hearing the above room’s plumbing each time the toilet flushed, followed by a constant drip for some time afterwards. And the most inconvenient feature of the hotel is the limited parking in the garage which cost 30.00 plus tax a night without the option of self parking AT the hotel. I do recommend the hotel garage verses parking on the street. However, the garage is very small and the hotels popularity makes it difficult to find a parking spot within the garage most night.

Gorgeous boutique hotel that made me wish we had stayed longer. The room was perfect, a large tv and sofa with the bed behind it felt spacious yet cozy. The bathroom had one of the largest walk in showers I've been in, it was incredible. We hung out at the pool as the sun set and it was gorgeous, would recommend getting drinks from the bar and hanging out on the patio as the temps cool off. If you are looking for a cute spot in south downtown Austin the Colton House is perfect. Everything we did was no more than a ten minute drive

Everything was great! Though I would love if there wasn't the overnight parking fee or if it was lowered.

The hotel is very smartly presented, contemporary in decor, very clean and tidy. Constant maintenance to ensure the hotel looks nice is in evidence. Staff are helpful and rooms are spacious. Facilities in the room are very good. It is close to South Congress and a number of very good eateries. Hotel has a small coffee shop and library style seating area that are both lovely to spend time in.

Parking is not included and you are charged additionally for this. This is not an insubstantial additional cost. House keeping was not provided for most of the duration of our stay. Whilst reception were able to provide additional toilet rolls etc as needed, this was not ideal and would have expected more regular housekeeping for the price paid.

Hotel was beautiful, excellent decorations and furnishings. The room was the perfect size: bigger than your standard U.S. hotel with practical seating included. The kitchenette was a great addition, as we had leftovers from the Indian food truck nearby (Ras Modern Indian, do recommend) and were able to store them in the fridge and heat them up in the microwave in proper bowls. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This can't be helped, but it's toward the end of all the "stuff" on South Congress. We didn't have a car, so there was quite a bit of walking. It wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been so hot!

The hotel was very comfortable and beautifully decorated in boutique fashion with lots of individual rooms to sit and read or chat. The pool was gorgeous and very clean. The gym was spacious. The cafe and bar was great in the morning for a light breakfast and for drinks in the evening. The only slight downside was no restaurant. However there was a great restaurant within 5 mins walk and downtown Austin within a mile. The staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Nice bathroom. Parking was easy. Quiet area, although not the nicest area. Overall value for money was high.

One trash can in the entire suite, tucked in the toilet room. Not a huge deal, but weird, especially given that the room has a kitchenette. The modern, clean look of the room was nice, but the side tables by the bed were comically small. That was actually a value-detractor. Couldn’t fit a phone/watch/kindle/glasses case without stacking & fear of knocking them off. All small things though, overall very nice.

A new hotel with stylish finishing and functional amenities. Breakfast was available to purchase from a food truck but we brought our own and used the supplied utensils and dinner plates. Covered parking garage ($30/ night) has 8’ 5” clearance to accommodate our roof box.

Our rooms wasn’t cleaned during our two night stay. There was an opened packet of coffee left on the counter top from previous guest. Front desk staff did their job checking us in and out, but for a 4 star hotel I expected better hospitality and help.

Everything, staff was amazing and so sweet. The hotel was very clean, i wiped down as i always do and the wipes stayed white the whole time lol. Very comfortable, it’s like a mini apartment so you’re not just laying in bed the whole time. 10/10 can’t wait to go back.

The parking. Parking is extra $30, even when you’re the main one booking there. There is free parking but it is off the property. Even tho you can pay for parking, sometimes the spots fill up and you’ll eventually have to find somewhere else to park.

Exceptionally clean rooms which is hard to find even at well known hotels. My room included a kitchenette with coffee, cups, plates, silverware, fridge, microwave, the works. Staff left the dishes and other items I used in the kitchen spotless after I would use them. Bed pillows were VERY comfortable which can be a hit or miss even in luxury hotels. The room was spacious, modern, pleasant, with a great view. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking around Austin which is what I wanted. I was able to cover most of the tourist destinations by foot and encounter local coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shops along the way. Staff was pleasant and helpful in providing recommendations on where to dine. I would love to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Austin. Thank you!!

Can't think of any negatives, I had a very pleasant stay.
