Clean Beautiful view Peaceful

The lady that check me in was RUDE!!! She ask us to speak to the lady about attractions, we kindly decline & walk past her! We visit regular so we have done several things! BUT AS WE WALKED OUT SHE SHOUTED OR NOT!! The audacity!! It took everything in me not to snap!!!!

It’s located off the main strip which gives privacy. You can hear the Dollywood train from our condo. It was updated and super clean. Staff was friendly & helpful. Gas fireplace nice in October cold snap. Parking great. All utensils & dishware provided although I had to hunt for them. Updated appliances. Upstairs bedroom & bathroom were huge! No views from ours but quiet & private. We could hear partiers on the balconies of the suite condos above us.

I carefully chose the “suite” on booking, which was confirmed. On site we were told we’d reserved a Pedestal. Based on other reviews I was horrified. When I said we have some health problems she did switch us to a Pedestal with fewer outside steps (3024), which turned out great. I showed her my booking suite confirmation and she blamed the switch on booking. I will say the week before we stayed they were booked solid for Fall Break; most checked out the day after we arrived. Perhaps they got my suite? Setup for “6 people “ but wouldn’t be comfortable with that many. Kitchen nice but only 1 person can maneuver at a time. Outdoor pool closed for the season, didn’t try indoor.

Location of the resort was close to all attractions without feeling congested. Staff was great and was able to help us arrange/book outings throughout the stay.

While the pools were nice the surface in the pools were rough, all in our group ended up with cuts and scrapes on feet and hands. Several people at the pool (outside of our group) had similar experiences.

Very quite resort, apt is well equipped, full kitchen, washing machine! jacuzzi ...balcony with mountain view...

After you check in, a tour expert will try to convince you to sign for many offers...she was nice person..but did not notice that we were very tired after 6 hrs of driving and need to get some rest, it was 5 pm! She kept talking and talking... I liked here but I was very tired to concentrate with her... I was exhusted

The location was close to many attractions and restaurants. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful and the balcony view of the mountains was BEAUTIFUL.

I had electrical issues in room 2310. I turned on a switch in the bathroom area and it knocked the lights out in the master bedroom, the tv, a few outlets in the bedroom and kitchen. I called the office at 11:09 p.m. right after it happened and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. The issue couldn't be solved until the following morning after I called the office and reported it again on Christmas Eve. The maintenance man was polite and fixed the issues.

Some light bulbs wouldn't work but we figured it was bad electric out lets .Didn't work on one side of the whole place on the left side. Room 2407 building#2. My husband forgot to mention it when we checked out.

I liked the location, the quietness and the condo was good. Large bedrooms and living room areas.

Air conditioner from unit above us was leaking in to our kitchen foyer. Maintenance came to check it within a reasonable period of time.

Loved the mountain view. Waking up every morning to that view was incredible.

The staff was beyond helpful. The rooms are sound proof which helped a ton with our kids.

I feel like when we first arrived the rooms could have been cleaned more efficiently. When we were getting my daughters toy that fell behind the bed we found a sock from someone who had stayed before us.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION and MOUNTAIN VIEWS!! CLEAN, CONFORTABLE. I DONT HAVE A BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!
