I drove from Atlanta once I enter into the front lobby the gentleman there was extremely nice and professional he had us checked in in no time our room was clean the comforters on the bed was white and clean and so was the towels in the bathroom, we got in late hanging out with our granddaughter college freshman TSU homecoming Saturday night we got up early and showered we had no problem with the shower or the pressure of the water but Iwould advise always where something on your feet in any hotel or motel flip flops would do just fine the microwave is out dated but get the job done just as well. The rooms are not bad for the price that we paid for a good night's sleep.118.00 internet deal. My two youngest grandkid wasn't too found of the room of my choice😀 Holiday inns had no rooms available.

The hallways had a distinct smell by it being early fall or room got cold late night we turn on the heat and it had a pissy smell maybe cuz it hasn't been on since last winter 2021 the smell was so strong we turned it off and cuddle under the covers, the lady works in the kitchen was kind of rude but maybe that just her personality they serve breakfast I only got coffee because I like my meat to be cooked a little longer and brown on both sides it was not cooked to my liking my husband ate a full meal he said it was okay.

For the price of the room, the selection of the breakfast was great! I felt safe while there

There was one washer and dryer for all guest to use. I had some rude guest take my clothes from the washer to the dryer without my permission even though my clothes was still not finished washing

It was comfortable and a good value for y gf e price. The breakfast was a nice bonus. I may stay there on my return trip next week.

There was a truck parked backed up just outside my window with a loud exhaust. The owner went out every half hour or do just before dawn to rev the engine a few times. Kept waking me up. Not sure what he was doing and it want the hotel’s problem. Tgg if at was my only negative experience.

Staff was very hospitable. Bed was comfortable. Interior was quiet. I felt safe. Room had plenty of space around the two Queen beds and closet area. True to its name, this was a quality sleeping facility.

The price was high for just a sleeping room; I didn’t feel it was a good value although it clearly was better than most of the competition. No bathtub in the room was a huge thumbs-down. Bathroom space was very tight. Entry was tight; bottle-neck created due to lounge chair. The room layout had plenty enough space but had poor inefficient interior design.

The breakfast was good except for below. Staff was nice. Room was real clean and comfortable. Easy access to interstate. It is located in a cultisack so it was quiet.

The breakfast was OK. The bacon was a little greasy, the biscuits weren't good but gravy was good.. The refrigerator didn't work. The desk person swapped it out with one that worked, with my help. I also asked for extra towels when I booked but there weren't any. Elevator took a long time and it had a funny smell.

Breakfast was great.Coffee was good. Location was also great,as we were attending a wedding close by.

We had ask for a later check out time being we were dressed for a wedding one person told us 12:30 over the phone. After we arrived we could not stay but until 12.So we left earlier and hung out at the Cracker Barrel close by:(

the placement of the sink out in the room is awkward if there are two people. It was ok for one. Only one elevator and the service crew used it with the guests. The only thing in the vending room was the ice machine.

Felt very safe and was close to lots of shops and restaurants. Very clean and lit well especially in hallways. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

The booking was for 2 double beds but they seemed VERY small for a double bed. My fiance walked around the room for a few minutes with just his socks on and they were black. The carpet definitely needs cleaning.

The staff were the best! Everyone from desk personnel to housekeeping were so friendly. They almost felt like family by the end.

The elevator was closed due to a storm one night but I would rather the staff be extra cautious than be stuck in an elevator if there was a power loss due to a storm so over all not a negative.
