Hampton Inn & Suites Murfreesboro

The room was very clean. Slept well and will probably stay again. The area is nice and lots of shopping around.The lobby was very nice and the breakfast was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and will be back

I was charged by the hotel and through booking.com so I paid twice and never reimbursed. The hotel told me its a long drawn out transaction and I would have to be paid back by you guys. They said they contacted you. I tried as well. Still haven't heard anything.

great location off interstate with gas stations and restaurants nearby

Our room didn’t have any soap in it when we arrived and for stating that it was sanitized I bear to differ. The phone and bedside lamp had visible dust. The coffee packets in our room also very clearly were dusty. The bathroom floor felt sticky when you walked on it. We stay at Hamptons a lot and this one felt gritty. The breakfast was ok but the tables were dirty and we were there within 45 minutes of when they started serving.

Pool was nice after a long day of traveling.

We were a family of five adults and I notated that when I booked thinking they had a roll a way since they let me reserve a room. They didn’t have a roll a way said it was a fire hazard. I think they wanted us to get another room. we already paid over $200 with taxes which I think is a lot so we went to Walmart and bought an air mattress much cheaper than another room! 😊

Ms. Angie was an absolute delight. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The room, location, and overall experience was nice, but she is the reason we will choose this property when we come back to Murfreesboro.

Would be nice if firm pillows were an option, and maybe upgrade the bacon at breakfast to something I can't completely see through

Angie greeted us with a smile and asked us several times during our visit if all was well. She always followed her greetings or conversations with "my pleasure". Daily hot breakfast was wonderful as well.

Bed was a little hard and pillows were a little too small. We also thought the room would be cleaned daily but that was not the case so we had to ask for towels for our second day.

Our room was very comfortable. we arrived after dark and they had the lamp on by the bedside. We were exhausted and this was a simple nice touch. Also, the towels smelled so fresh and clean. This was by far the best Hampton Inn that we’ve stayed at.

I wish the room had been cleaned after our first night. Trash piles up quickly with just a super tiny trash can.

Breakfast was fine. The location was ok. The location was difficult to find due to the lack of street signs in the entire area!

The personal at the front desk could have been more knowledgeable about other locations in the area. Upscale restaurants were not easy to find from this location.

Angie is ALWAYS wearing a smile, eager to help with anything. I stay at this location several times each year and the entire staff is great!!

Parking lot doesn’t offer many spots to Diamond Members

Buyer Beware: What started as $99 became $124.00. I looked up their taxes etc and did not see how you came to add $25. Can you explain? It was late and we needed a place to stay so wasn’t going to argue the point. Never used your service before. Did try Orbitz once. Next time may shop around before being under the gun. Plenty of empty parking places so it wasn’t full. We understand why no hot breakfast, one of the reasons we picked this hotel. We just forgot the new rules because of COVID. Thank you for listening.
