The room exceeded my expectation. The motel was quiet, the staff was lovely. Comfy bed and as I was very tired, I snuggled in and slept for 9 hrs!
The location is a little off beat. I'm unfamiliar with the city and google took me on a round about route. I had passed a restaurant chain that i'm familiar with and had a little trouble finding it again. Minor complaints, right?

The staff was excellent. We were well taken care of. We will definitely stay here next time we're in town. It was a great experience.

Staff accommodated our request to be close to an exit. Staff were friendly and responsive. We had left prescription meds in the nightstand and they were easily retrieved. Thanks Lauren and all others!
The motel needs some slight upgrades to meet with Comfort Inn expectations. Some examples of less than ideal conditions in the room: frayed carpet, toilet paper roller loose, toilet seat loose, etc. Just some quality control issues need addressing on room maintenance.

Good location. Easy to find. Breakfast was good.
When I called the front desk, the phone rang a long time. I finally left my keys in the room and left. Flies were pesky in the breakfast room. I wanted to use the complementary tube of lotion but it was empty. One little drop came out.

Hotel clerk assigned me a room and the key didn’t work, went back down to get new key and then i tried to get in again and I opened the door and saw someone else’s belongings everywhere - the room belonged to someone else. It was fixed promptly when I went back down to inform the clerk.

We were a little disappointed in the breakfast. Out of so many things and never replenished. Could of had some fruit and some bread or pastry. Nothing was ever wiped up on the counters and the floor had cereal spilled all over and never cleaned up.

Good location. Food and Gas within 1 mile. Good breakfast if I did not want to go out.
Took a while to get hot water for shower. They were completely full and I believe they do not have enough hot water for everyone.

We got there around 10 PM and was greeted with a smile from Lauren at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious. I like that the sink is outside of the shower and toilet area. Beds were comfy. Unfortunately we never got up early enough to enjoy the Continental breakfast. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and parking.

Location was great, in the middle of our activities. Staff was attentive and friendly.
Room cleaning was not great. There was an empty soda bottle on the floor in the room and a used bar of soap in the shower.
