Breakfast was fair. Apparently, the head chef called off work, so powdered eggs were served, and the staff could not/did not keep up with refilling fruit, bacon, sausage etc. Families were in town for events their children were involved in. They might have been serving more folks than they are used to. The hotel advertised a new breakfast menu, which we were looking forward to tasting. These things happen. but they were not as prepared as I believe they could have been for such an occurrence. That said, the staff was very gracious and attentive to the customer.

We liked the hotel staff being so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Especially the morning breakfast ladies who were the waitresses. So courteous and professional. Makes a big difference when you have staff go above and beyond to make your stay more appreciative.
Of course, the hotel room rates are way too high for the summer rates. But, none the less they could come down for families who travel and have to stay at a hotel.

We thought that we had booked a room at the Sioux Falls location that was attached to a Crave restaurant. We did not realize that there were 2 locations in Sioux Falls. While we were disappointed originally, the staff at the bar / restaurant was great (including the bartender who was just on his 2nd day of this job), was terrific, as were the ladies who helped us at breakfast during the morning before we left. Great job overall.

The Hilton was very nice and comfortable! After a full 12 hours of driving, we needed sleep and a shower. The room was nice. The bathroom was a bit small however the shower was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was very tasty and the waitress was super nice. The woman who checked us in was quick and nice!

The location was perfect and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. We love the bar and grill. the food is great and it is so nice not having to leave to hunt for a restaurant. We will definitely return!
Like so many other places, the prices have risen significantly. I don’t mind paying more so your employees can earn a livable wage. I just hope prices will settle down and not stay so high.

Location-we we’re stopping on our way to Mt.Rushmore. Wanted to go downtown and see Falls Park and the USS South Dakota. It was a quick and easy drive to both places. Also the hotel is situated near lots of convenient stores and restaurants. Cleanliness-Rooms were very clean and well maintained Comfort-bed and bedding was very comfortable
A little noisy-hotel was booked to maximum and there was a youth basketball tourney in the area, so lots of kids in all areas of the hotel running around. Long wait to check in...one person at desk at check-in time of 3:30 made for a long wait. No free breakfast. It is available, but it’s $12 a person. There are quick options like Panera and McDonalds close by.

The size of the room was GREAT! Not the typical cramped room. The bedding was cozy & not too hot! The thermostat regulated the heat well, never too hot or cold! Did not hear the chatter in the hall like you do most places! The chair & ottoman were perfect for our needs! The staff was helping & friendly!! The towels where thick & big and the wash clothes were perfect texture to feel like you were getting clean, but not so abrasive that you felt like you were taking layers of skin off. Room was clean!!!
Only 2 things if I am being super picky... Our bathroom counter was detaching from the "backslash" piece...the clear caulk needed to be removed & reapplied as it was discolored making it look dirty even though it was not. Also the tile in the hall is uneven and a tripping hazard. Front desk notified and they thanked me so they could have someone look at it.

Breakfast service was awesome, room was very comfortable, shower was nice and clean. Small bar in lounge was pleasant. Hot tub was nice. I would stay here again.
Room was on backside of hotel near entrance ramp to high way and could hear every harley and hot rod diesel truck winding up to get onto hiway all night. I would suggest a room at the front of hotel.

it was comfortable, hot tub was good.
pillows were too soft, the TV was tiny and its response to its remote was insanely slow. they let some large group take up one corner of the lobby to sit and drink beer eat pizza and be very loud right in front of the check-in desk I was rather disappointed that as they do have a conference area there, they could have used instead of disturbing every customer who walked in the door ALL DAY!!!
