The Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Tyler went the extra mile to assist us with an issue with Booking.com issue with my brothers room. Janet kept the breakfast bar full of food and clean. And Michelle was very helpful in getting the family rooms on the same floor
Booking.com's reservation was messed up. The payment from booking.com to the American Inn was not fully paid, even though I paid booking.com in full on Wednesday. But Tyler was able to work with 2 booking.com agents to confirm the issue and get my reservation for my brother's room cancelled.

I really enjoyed my stay it was clean comfortable easy to find and get to , right off the express way. Plenty of parking for trucks.
The breakfast was not so good the eggs had way too much water in them and the fact that they only had pork sausage. I don't eat pork please consider having a choice of turkey or pork sausage for your guest. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

While a new hotel, we were disappointed that the fridge did NOT have a freezer section. Even our old, “motel” style accommodations in Elko, NV had a freezer! Otherwise the room and facility were clean and quiet And breakfast was a hot selection, only the second of our east to west to east coast road trip.
While new, we had an issue with cigarette smoke overpowering our room. Fortunately the night staff found us a different room that had no smell. And we weren’t the only Kate check-in customers that had this issue.

Close to I-90, had a small bar, pool, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy access to electric & USB outlets, nightlight in bathroom was nice. No one wearing masks, no encouragement from local staff or corporate to wear masks - even though the Delta variant is a threat and people from all over the world could be staying there.
Staff should be leading by example and wearing masks.

staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and had all the standard amenities, everything was in working order and it was a very easy in and out from the highway, breakfast was easy with many choices. it’s a typical roadside motel, not a fancy resort, but it’s a nice a comfortable place to stay

Breakfast was adequate, pretty much standard hotel fare. Staff who worked the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly. Area was well stocked and clean. Good coffee :-) but am not a big fan of flavored creamer.
Not that it is up to the hotel, but it would be nice to have a bit more choice of dining in the area for an evening meal.

Good breakfast. Extra conviniet location for:refueling , get in &out while traveling on I-90 either direction.Long open hours to access all amenities(SPA,Pool ,fitness,bar) and suppraisngly quaiet surroundings despite beeing located at frontier of I-90.

Location was perfect, right off the highway. Breakfast was ok, and I am going to guess because of COVID there was no fresh fruit available. But other than that the choices were good enough for me

This property is newer so it had very nice amenities, is dog friendly and despite being so close to the interstate, our room was exceptionally quiet. It is only 20 minutes from Sioux Falls, so dining options are plentiful.

Very helpful and professional staff at the front desk. The location and room was quiet yet in walking distance of convenience store with Caribou Coffee and Pizza Hut.
Everything was wonderful. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good and smelled yummy when we walked by.
