Very spacious! Loved our room and the way it was laid out. The 2 queen beds were in 2 different rooms with sink, vanity and bathroom in between. The shower/tub and toilet were in a separate room from the sink and large vanity. It worked for our group perfectly! Check in was a breeze, and staff warm and professional.
Nothing really negative to say. Some might say that it's outdated, and it does bring back some memories of traveling as a child, but my impression is that they've taken an older hotel and maintained it beautifully.

Rooms were very clean, especially the sheets & towels which were all very clean & white. The breakfast served in the morning was very good too with many different items to choose from.
Probably the number of flies I had to swat in the room when I first settled into the room. But, with it being this time of the year, they are trying to get in to places since the weather is starting to cool at nights.

Very helpful staff who provided me with a refrigerator when the room didn't have one. Good breakfast, too. Very close to the river and a nearby park so excellent dog walking.
I was on the second floor and there was no elevator. I had a lot of stuff to lug up. Good workout though!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was very handy to downtown along with easy access to main roads to get to locations I wanted to visit in the area.
Only concern/issue would be that bathroom space was rather cramped, I don't need a bathroom to be cavernous but I do like to be able to turnaround without bumping into either the toilet or the tub/shower,

Jodie was awesome. Made sure we got a nice room that was not upstairs. Super nice lady.
Breakfast. Eggs were hard as was the last biscuit. Toilet lid. I went to put the seat down and the lid came down on my arm and had to tell for my husband to get me a band-aid as I had blood running my arm. Resturants around there all closed before 8pm local time on a Friday night.

the price was misrepresented: booking said $75/night; charge was $103 + taxes per night. No one at desk when I checked out. I did not get receipt till I got home 8/19.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our previous hotel had been overbooked so we called ahead to make sure our reservation was set and they immediately put us at ease. The rooms were nice and comfortable, plenty of places to charge an entire family’s worth of electronic devices.
The breakfast area was overcrowded. We had a second story room that should have overlooked the river but there were no windows on that side? No elevator.

I liked the location and our room was perfect. the breakfast was not so good but plenty. I like the courtyard and the balcony. it was a little stormy and we had just come through a hail storm. I will definitely stay there again when I travel back to Nebraska.

Upon check-in I was not asked how I wished to pay for the room. It was automatically charged to my debit card, with which I had made the reservation. This was unsatisfactory, as I wished to use a credit card.
