Staff was wonderful. Very helpful. If more business was ran like this one was that night the world would be much better. I have never encounter such a helpful, pay extra attention to my elderly mother and my young niece. She went completely out of her way. Went above and beyond. Also all other staff was great too. Room was clean and comfortable. If ever in that area again will stay there.

1. Rooms were extremely well cleaned! It wasn't just surface cleaned or merely smelling nice; everything was terrifically clean! The bedding was great and smelled better than fresh, clean hospital linens! 2. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful, and proficient in their work are care if details and guests' needs. They did not let anything escape their meticulous, friendly care. 3. Special needs employees were part of the staff. This was great to see, plus other staff who worked with them were polite and direct in their guidance of duties when needed.
1. The "Queen" sized beds seemed much narrower than the standard Queen bed. Although beds will come in a variety of softness to firmness, which makes it difficult to please everyone. These beds gave way to sinking in toward the center of the bed, which is even more exaggerated when two people share the same bed. 2. Main door for each room slammed shut loudly, if users didn't hold onto the door as it closed. From very early to early morning, the resounding, crashing bang of doors woke even the deepest sleepers! 3. Perhaps it was due to lighting, but small items would get missed when vacuuming the carpeted hallways. 4. Main light switch didn't offer options to turn off some lights overhead. If course, the bathroom and nightstand lamp had those options.

Price was a bit high for March, just because of a State Tourney in town the cost was a bit high.

Spacious room with all the facilities needed, including Kitchen and utensils. Comfortable bed, resting chair and a ergonomic working station. very good location in Aberdeen, close to restaurants and to the Airport. Would stay here again once back in town.

My main issue with this motel is there is no breakfast included and in the lobby like many other motels. The coffee was very good but some muffins or donuts would be a welcome addition. Don't like to having to 'order' breakfast.

No breakfast was kind of a bummer but we got by. The onsite mini store was well stocked. The room was very clean and front desk staff very friendly. (The self check in kiosk was a flop. It did not work)

The stay was amazing! There is no breakfast available, though, so we had to travel out for breakfast. But the rooms come with full size kitchenettes! That was awesome!
The tubs drained slowly, but otherwise, the stay was excellent with friendly, helpful staff!

soap so small it slipped off the built in soap dish in the shower. maybe a grip surface would keep it from sliding into the tub? poorly designed bath when one has to reach behind to get toilet paper.

Everything was great....just that the rates have gone up Significantly....assuming due to inflation. The other hotels I stay in have not increased prices to the extent of My Place in Aberdeen. I just don't know if I can afford to stay with you anymore So disappointed!!

I really like to stay at My Place hotels. The rooms are a little larger with full-size refrigerators. They always seem to try a little harder to be friendly that most hotels.
