This was the true example of a 5 star hotel. Mid range of the places I was looking. Far exceeded my expectations. Great chic, decor. The stopped clocks seemed to be a theme throughout. Front dest, valet and room service were wonderful. The mini bar priced out well below comparable hotels. We enjoyed. Easy check-in and out. Valet always had my car read right away. Look forward to my next stay.

The lounge staff was very snooty in spite of what we paid for our room. We appeared to be below her class. If she only knew. Needless to say, we enjoyed eating and drinking all around Charlotte.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location across the street from the theatre couldn’t be beat; I would go again and recommend it particularly if someone were staying in town for a performance there. The room was comfortable and well equipped with amenities.

It was kind of pricey. The charges for the mini bar weren’t clear; either I was charged for something I didn’t get or there was a hefty surcharge for using it. My inquiry wasn’t answered. The elevator is very slow and it might be a problem for those unable to navigate the stairs.

we paid $3,000 plus for 5 days but the next day the rooms went back down to regular price, we also got a suite for the 5 days our bedding wasyclean although the management corrected the situation the cleaning staff brought new bedding and asked me would I like to pull the sheets off my bed & make it myself I was alittle shocked, we kept tipping the Valet the same guy left us hanging even though we tipped him big & tipped him big the day we left was alittle disappointed in that since it was our 35th Anniversary I really wanted it to be special we never complained we just excepted what we were given since we're Christian. We were also on ground floor so we were next to Sophie Louge it was extremely loud because of music late at night.

Everything. It's better than I expected. I love the interior design of the room. The bathroom is great. The hallway is beautiful. Very clean. Friendly staff.

A few things but I'm not going to make a big deal about it. One of the snack was open when we got there. I told the front desk and was told I wasn't going to get charged for it. I was actually charged for it.

The location was awesome I was going to a sporting event that night so it was a short distance from the stadium . Downtown Charlotte is amazing as well there’s plenty to do food or nightlife it’s all enjoyable. The decor of the hotel was incredible my wife loved the room especially the standalone bath. I would recommend the 600 Sq.foot room corner city view.

The restaurant in the hotel was the only downside. When we came in they told us to sit wherever we would like. Then we were asked why did you this area. So not wanting to make A big deal out of it we move to a different table. When we move we sit at the table for about 45 minutes before somebody came to acknowledge us. When the lady came to get us water and take our order she was very very friendly and had great customer service.

Beautiful, well finished hotel, with extremely nice spacious rooms.

Location was central, but it was also very loud - directly next to many late night bars and clubs. While there is nothing particularly wrong with that for some, beware if this is not what you are looking for. Since I was there for work, it was less than ideal for my particular trip.

The room was an amazing standard. And there was a very nice level of comfort and quality to the accommodation. That's all I have to say.

The service of the staff was pretty awful. They just weren't interested or accommodative. They barely listened to any Qs we had. When we asked about checking out of our room 15min later, they said it was impossible because they had a group coming but in reality that is what we did and there was no issue with it. There is a huge gulf between the quality of the staff and the quality of the hotel.

I LOVED the ambiance of the entire hotel. The linens. The attention to detail. The decor. The staff. Exceptional. I will absolutely be back!

There was nothing I didn’t like!

Location: perfect, if you drove you valet park the car and you never have to set foot back in. Everything was in walking distance, great dining options, shopping and nightlife right outside the front door. Room: was clean very well decorated and THANK YOU finally a in room fridge with a bar (not free) so you don't have to find a local liquor store or venture out for a bar if you don't want to. And complimentary waters, much needed. Staff: very fun, professional I felt like I had been there a thousand times I was treated with excellence and like family.

I have no complaints. I have nothing bad to say sorry.

I loved the decor, the cleanliness, and the staff's attentiveness! Very Cozy and elegant atmosphere!

Although, there was valet parking, the streets were congested. We had to keep circling around until there was room to even get out to have our car taken care of.
