Casa del Mar

Pleasantly surprised at the cuteness of this hotel. We only stayed 1 night but the staff was lovely during that time. The room was modern and very clean. We even had a chance to use the onsite bikes to ride to breakfast in the morning before we checked out. The 5 Ocean Cafe & Boutique had very cute beach accessories and iced coffee/ espresso.

Close enough to the beach and broadwalk but not too close to all the noise. Love the peaceful surrounding of the inlet. Able to walk to all the great restaurants without driving. That's a plus. Especially after couple of drinks.

Just not enough shelve spaces and hooks for 3 female in the bathroom. Some hooks back of the door or add shelve spaces above the sink would be nice.

The perfect location in walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. Loved the Cafe! We got coffee and breakfast everyday. The staff was super nice and so accommodating! Anything you need, don't hesitate to ask. Rooms recently renovated, very cool and beachy.

Air conditioners should be set lower to avoid too much humidity in room. Noise from other rooms was noticeable.

I believe if I remember correctly, Room 9 is an upstairs location and below are rooms 1 and 2 and 3. I believe rooms 2 and 3 are connected. The issue I didn’t enjoy was that the rooms on the bottom level could hear everything from room 9. Every room is assigned 1 parking space which was fine but it was a little tight to park and you needed to be careful but it worked out well.

It was small and not like chain hotels that can sometimes be nasty and unhelpful. Before arrival, I had a very nice text conversation with the owner who was super sweet! They allowed us to do an early check in. Keys were left for us in the room so we had no in person interaction (during this time in our lives that this is a good thing). The room was very cute and clean. Every streaming service available on the tv. Hotel is 5 min from the boardwalk and also you can see the water if you walk right across the street. Our stay was great! Thank you Casa Del Mar, we hope to stay with you again in the future!

We have no complaints!

Very clean and cozy. Great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. The manager was very responsive. Plenty of towels and hair dryer in the room. Shower was big. Lighting in the bathroom was good for makeup. The parking lot was convenient. Over all decor the hotel was very cute.

We were on the bottom floor and it was very loud as there were people staying above us. Every foot step shook the room so it was hard to sleep in in the mornings. Next time I will definitely request a room upstairs. Also they didn’t provide extra kcup for the room. Only enough for 2 days or length of stay. It’s always nice to have extra amenities like that.

Mickey is amazing. This was my first time visiting Point Pleasant and it could not have gone better. Rooms are on the ground floor, pets allowed, and my assigned parking space right outside my door was kinda mind blowing. The entire property is whistle clean. Thank you Casa, there's not even a question where I would stay next time, I can't wait to come back!

It was right across from the water. Woke up at 7am, grabbed my book, and walked over to the water to read and watch the people fish.

I don’t think my small room was worth $400 plus. it was a beautiful room, comfortable, and the air worked great, but not worth that price.

Loved the place. Loved the decorations and the location.

The parking was a real problem. I was in the back. I get up early and would have liked to have went for coffee. The staff was parked in a manner that wouldn.t allow e to leave. The lady was so sweet to me about it and moved it I asked her but you shouldnt have to hunt down someone to go get coffee and donuts.

I loved the location and the vibe of the hotel. It’s super cute. And even with it being a junior room it was a good size. How much time are you really spending in a room when you’re next to the beach right? The rooms looked brand new. Oh and we brought our dog! Which was nice.

My only complaint was being below the large upstairs room when they all got to their room late at night , we heard them. But it’s not really a big deal.
