Very pleasant at check in and throughout the stay! Friendly staff always with a smile! The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were oddly small, yet there were three and each a different comfort level which was actually pleasant! The shower pressure was GREAT and the shower head was nice! The lobby was very clean and pleasant! Love that they are pet friendly! Service dogs are no charge and other dogs are $15 which is very reasonable! We didn't swim, however the pool area looked very inviting!

There are some areas that need some attention and some TLC, especially the sink area in the breakfast area. We stayed in a room that allowed pets since we had my little Chihuahua emotional support dog, but it was obvious that there was recently another dog that had stayed too and the floor had not been vacuumed.

I was able to book this property for a very affordable rate at the last minute to have a night of rest on a long drive. The staff was professional and friendly. My 20 year old who was traveling with me was happy they had an indoor pool and at a comfortable temperature.

The security lock on the door had been broken by a previous guest but the staff was gracious about us letting them know about it. The bagels for the breakfast were dry and hard. A better impression would have been made by not offering items that don’t need to stay soft/fresh. For example, they had cereal with fresh milk and waffle batter available which would be sufficient for the low price paid for the stay.

Breakfast was more than basic fare. We had waffles, fruit, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereals, coffee, juice, milk and much more. We were never bored with breakfast. The location was easy to find and convenient to the town of York. The pool was well maintained and kept the children entertained every day. A washer and dryer were available for guests and much appreciated during our week long stay. A microwave and refrigerator were in every room. The rooms were also spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Above all, the staff and proprietors made us feel welcome and took very good care of us.

Perhaps in addition to the soda and snack machines, a sundries machine with laundry detergent and dryer sheets would be appreciated.

Room was very clean and fairly up to date. Nice towels. Good shower. Breakfast was really nice with several options for all kinds of diets. I loved that they offered fresh fruit. Location is excellent. Right off the highway.

Should have booked directly with them and saved money over booking through a 3rd party telling me I'm getting a 10% discount.

Outstanding in every respect; excellent value! Smartly appointed room, real fridge that works, real microwave, hair dryer, spacious room, real bed with good pillows and everything sparkling clean... everywhere (like someone cares). Manager is professional, smart, courteous. friendly and helpful. During Covid when I visit the kids on the east cost I drive; I have made this trip six times but just found Victorian Inn. This will be my first and last stop on all future trips.

I wish there were more Victorian Inns along the I-80 corridor! That is the ONLY thing that could make this better.

Non- smoking rooms still have an distinctive odor. Even though breakfast is included, unfortunately was not what they used to have before. They should get more variety and bring back the biscuits and gravy, or even just the hard boiled eggs.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, slept very well. The pool was clean and warm enough to swim without the kids getting cold. Breakfast had good variety of hot choices and the basic continental breakfast items. Location is perfect for a quick stop on the interstate. Staff was very professional and courteous. We were traveling in a snowstorm and the staff called to update us on weather and roads.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the pool and room. The only bad thing was the security knob in my room from broken from the door. I did NOT complain, because I liked my room location and room itself. (Room 101). I would stay here again if I was in this town.

This was a great place to stop along my drive out to Southern Utah. It's not like this hotel will blow you out of the water, but for just a place to sleep for the night, I have nothing bad to say about the place. Great service and price and also clean and functioning rooms. Not much else to ask for.

There really wasn't anything not to like. It's not like this hotel blew me out of the water, but everything was just average and for a stop at night before getting back on the road in the morning, it was a perfect place.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. Even though it was an older place, it was a good place to stay.

The parking lot was a little littered, and the toilet was very low. It's not good for people with knee replacements..
