The breakfast was very nice, would have been better if there would have been fruit to go on the yogurt, strawberries, blueberries or banana for example. It was very nice that the doors were secured with the key cards needing to be used for the doors and elevator, and swimming pool. Love the fact that the pool was made for littler kids! Rooms are nice and clean. The person at the front desk was very nice.

Parking was kind of interesting.....when it got dark had to park at the back of the hotel

The coffee was GREAT, best I had on my 1 week road trip! The fresh iced lemon water at reception area was amazing! Boy did that hit the spot after a day of driving! I love that pets are allowed!! Now I know where I can stay with my little dog next time I am in Omaha, YAY!

Breakfast was fair at best, mostly due to fact I am on low carb diet for pre-diabetes. Sooo- many unhealthy carbs! I would like to see a variety of fresh fruits, real coffee creamer-1/2 & 1/2, sugar free peanut butter- like Smuckers. Also boiled eggs and sugar free flavored greek yogurt would be nice. I would suggest eliminating some and/or rotating the heavy carbs to compensate for addition of healthier choices.

The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the pool was a hit with the kids! Breakfast was amazing and had everything you could imagine. Will stay here again, and again!

Our room was near the pool at a back entrance which was great for easy pool access but the door into the building didn't lock. Anyone could just open it without a key card and walk in which made me a little uneasy. I'm assuming the key card lock was malfunctioning and hopefully, they get it fixed ASAP.

Staff was always courteous and helpful! Front desk staff down to the Laundry personnel were very helpful! Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Omaha

No pool for adults. Kids were shooting everyone with water cannons and the parents were not controlling their children so adults trying to relax in the hot tub after a day of walking the zoo had no peaceful place to relax.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered was very good and the attendant was very helpful and friendly.

Asked for a room away from the ice-maker and the elevator due to noise and we were given a room closest to both, luckily the elevator across from our room broke down. Two bottles of soda pop were left in our freezer of the fridge.

Family friendly, loved the floor level room. Pool was perfect for our toddlers. Breakfast staff was friendly.

No where to sit for breakfast on the weekend days but we made it work. Staff seemed a bit cranky at times, not directly to us but we noticed in others encounters. Everyone was helpful to us though. Breakfast staff was especially nice and helpful.

The breakfast was a complete continental breakfast, nothing super fancy but something for everyone. The pool was a bit of a surprise. It is definitely kid directed. Deepest part was 3ft. We enjoyed our stay.

Our fridge was going out and the fan in it was incredibly obnoxious. Had to turn it off and let our food in it go bad just so we could sleep at night

The staff was very nice, responsive and helpful. We only stayed there for a night on our weekend trip so we could not really use the facilities. But the pool looked nice and fun for children. Breakfast was great. With the variety of food and drinks. On my surprise they even had almond milk. My children loved the breakfast as well.

unfortunately we received a call from the front desk at 11pm to make sure that the right people were in our room because someone else with the same last name was checking in so there was a mix up some how. Didn’t appreciate getting woken up for there mess up.

great breakfast! room was large and well equipped. super great ethnic food choices near!

so many people in the pool and the bottom was super rough. it beat up our daughters knees. went in late March and you couldn’t turn the AC on yet… Also very close to busy road with road noise if that bothers you.
