Very clean and nice facilities. The management was very polite and courteous. This was our first experience with My Place and we were very pleased.
There were no issues that we were bothered with. However if this is an extended stay facility there should be some items for use in the kitchen area. Also the ice maker was very loud

We didn't eat breakfast. We loved the room and service. The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and courteous It was easy to get too, and the room was spacious. Bed was great. Loved the shower.
Didn't have a comp breakfast and we left early for a football game. So it really didn't matter as much as i could have. If you add that it would have been perfect. We wished we had made reservation

it was that the hotel had a frig with a freezer and ice maker. I was able to purchase some groceries so I didn’t have to spend money eating out all the time.
They offer “breakfast in bed” service where you can order and they will deliver but it is things like oatmeal or Jimmu Dean breakfast sandwiches. It would be nice to have a better hot breakfast option.

It was more quiet than other properties we stayed at in the same area. The beds were GREAT! They had lots of pillows!!! Very clean and had a full size fridge to keep our beverages cold! More room in both the bedroom area and bathroom. They supplied a lot of towels so we did not have to ask for extras.
They did not have a complementary breakfast.

What we originally ordered was not available in two items so had substitute. But still good
The ice maker in fridge did not work but staff got us a bag of ice. It would have been nice to have the ice maker working as we were at an all day softball tournament.

"Your Place" is fantastic. Room was very spacious and beds were outstanding. Staff was very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Will recommend it to everyone. Probably the best place I've stayed at in Beatrice.

Again, cleanliness, fresh smell, presence of shampoo, etc. The availability of fridge, stove top, coffee maker make this my future destinations for longer terms.
