Very clean and comfortable, lots of food within walking distance and a Walmart nearby for essentials you may have left behind. Stag was very friendly and even our dog was at ease.

Husband is handicapped and there were two car parked in the three spots that had no signs or plates indicating allowance to park in those spots.

booking .com should consider listing the cost for a pet rather than just "pet friendly". in this case our dog cost us 75$ for the one night we stayed. it is on their website - but I was booking several trips and didn't bother to go to each individual locations website. lesson learned.

Love the free breakfast..they have Gluten free choices..24 hour free coffee and tea. !! We used that a lot! Lol! The room is clean and the room has microwave and coffeemaker plus a Refrigerator! The beds are so comfortable.... The design out in the lobby is homey and traditional..which we love...not those modern cold furniture that other hotels have.

I sent the hotel a message that for safety purposes ..there should be a nonslippery mat in the tub for showering ..and Safety Grips should be installed to assist you to get out of the tub or shower..

The breakfast was amazing with a different protein everyday. The location was great and so close to base. Staff was amazing. I did not find anyone unpleasant.

I did not like that the body soap was empty. No other concerns.

Nice location to restraunts, shopping, Army Base... You turn out of parking lot circle around the frontage road another turn on the main road and straight down into the Base. Hotel staff kind and friendly, Hotel seemed to be well kept. There is many good things...

The construction caused parking lot issues, my toilet seat was not made for the toilet so... lol it moved when you sat on it and a few times pinched me.. there was no ice or vending on my floor, I had to walk downstairs and a small distance to get ice and food..

Very comfortable. Nice facilities. Good continental breakfast. Met all my expectations as far as accommodations go.

I had a delayed check in because of a glitch between their system and booking.com in which they did not receive funds from the 3rd party. They had me calling my bank and trying to handle the issue directly with booking.com before the front desk person finally picked up the phone and called his supervisor, who told them to check me in. To be clear, I had prepaid in full for this room. The ordeal only lasted 20 minutes but it was frustrating after a long day of driving. There was no apology for the inconvenience, which was all I really wanted. Instead I was essentially told that the issue would have been prevented if I had not booked through a 3rd party. I was stopped on checkout with the same issue. I told them how frustrating the situation had been for me and again no apology.

We were on a long road trip and just needed a place to spend the night. We made the reservation on the fly about an hour before we arrived. The room, beds, and breakfast were just right. Lucky find, in the right spot.

With Covid on the loose I did not expect much of a breakfast. Was surprised that we had omlettes and waffles! Had to visit Wally world to get some things we missed for the trip and their location was perfect.

Nothing that affected my stay. On a positive note the workers who were updating the 2nd floor were very courteous and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Close to Ft LeonardWood. If anything was wrong Chris made sure to fix it or figure out what to do. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

They forgot to clean our room when requested. Due to COVID they are only cleaning the rooms upon request.

The breakfast was ok and the convenient location was great. Just a suggestion ,you need to ad a grab bar in your showers to avoid a possible lawsuit in the future.

A more through vacuuming in the room. Also a couple more cups in the room.
