Loved the size of the rooms, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and floors were clean. The staff from valet, to check in, housekeeping, check out were extremely helpful and very friendly considering there were hundreds of guests on site for various activities and not all were pleasant. The views of the city were absolutely beautiful at night! Very relaxing. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sheraton as “THE” place to stay for business or pleasure as they live up to the hype in my opinion!
The pillows on the beds are not comfortable. They’re too thin and soft once you lie down on them. Upon first glance, they look so comfortable. But, once you lie down, it’s not as comfortable as it should be. The toilets are really low. I’m almost 6 feet tall, and I felt like I was close to the floor once I got close to the seat. The children needed no help of course because it was at the perfect height. The elevators were a bit slow, but that was probably not the fault of the hotel since there were so many guests and children going up and down. There were also a lot of inconsiderate guests allowing the room doors to slam shut in the evening which made it a bit difficult to keep a baby asleep.

Bed very comfortable. I had a room on the 32nd floor looking north. They accomodated my request. Terrific view of all of Kansas City! Nice little mini-fridge. Starbucks coffee pouches. Ice-make just down the hall. The "link" was a great connection walk to Union Station.
Breakfast menu was very, very limited. No sugar beverages and alternative foods available. I was at the pool and they did not skim it for 5 days. In addition, the hours were 5am to 10pm. I was there Monday at 830am and it was locked. I had to cal twice to have a manager come and unlock the pool.

The beds were comfy and we loved the pillow options. Room was comfortable and cozy!! The "link" to Union Station was excellent.
The wine glasses in our room were dirty and so was the coffee station area. The shower curtain had human fluids on it... of some sorts. The rest of the room was spotless. So weird these spots were missed.

Nice hotel. Stayed there several times before. It is less crowded and a little quieter than the next closest hotel.
Everything was fine except we got double charged for parking and am currently working on how to resolve that

We loved the room, bed was very comfortable. And the view was beautiful!! We weren’t aware there was an outdoor heated swimming pool.
The elevators looked a little outdated and they took to long to get to a floor we needed. And it was a little pricey.

The view, the bed the area
There wasnt a microwave and the TV was too small and there was a door that lead to the other room, $300 is to much for one night especially with no microwave I had to heat my food up with a hair dryer please fix that thank you

Great price for the location, it is close to everything (in KC standards) and the hotel is well maintained.
At least as of Oct 2021, there was no airport shuttle. Granted, the airport is really far, but one would expect all serious hotels would have an airport shuttle.

the pool had 3/4 chairs when we had gone - but when I looked out our window I saw they had added more to the pool area. I wasn’t sure why that wasn’t done earlier.
