The staff was so friendly! This was great value for the price. Our room was very clean and updated and we had a nice view of the city. Parking was covered and FREE! It exceeded my expectations in terms of what I was expecting. Very easy drive to downtown. It took us 5 minutes to get to where we needed to be for our event.

When you outside to the parking garage, the area is covered, which is great. But people stand there and smoke, I wish they would make that part a no-smoking area and move the smoking somewhere else that's not so close to the garage.

Love the location breakfast my wife wasn’t a fan she liked the bagel bar and fruit bar but would of liked more options on the actual food in the buffet other then that we travel a lot and the stave was the most friendly I’ve ever had and very out going and very nice I think they should deserve raises.

Breakfast was good just would of liked more options or not have to pay and would like to of been able to have a cot or roll away for our son but you don’t have any

The location was ideal for quick downtown KCMO access. The room was seemingly clean, already cool at our arrival and gave us plenty of space for our short stay. The parking garage was handy as it was stormy the first night of our stay.

We were under the impression that breakfast was included in the hotel costs and fees and we’re surprised the first morning of our stay when it was indeed not.

The night front desk clerk helped me out so much.. I had my 89 yr old mother with me and I had forgotten her wheelchair. She looked in the back and found one and let us borrow it the whole weekend! Really was a lifesaver! I don’t know her name but please thank her for me again.

The fact that I didn’t get breakfast..lol

The bartender gal was SUPER nice and fun to talk with. The beds were also very comfy.

There seemed to be men hanging out in the parking garage smoking and charging their devices. They kept to themselves but I didn’t feel comfortable walking to the car by myself. Also the elevators were hot and humid.

The property was clean, our room was clean, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable when we had questions.

When I went to take a shower, I noticed that the drain stopper in the bathtub was just sitting over the drain. We alerted staff and the woman working the desk Saturday morning asked if we’d like someone to fix it. We had said that we would. We returned in the late Saturday evening to find that no repair had been made. We were disappointed because we had been wanting to take a bath or at least have the option to do so.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly

The night shift was not well informed on whether or not my room came with breakfast because I booked a 3rd party it was not but the night shift told me it was so there was a miscommunication when we went down for breakfast the next morning and and needless to say my boyfriend got very upset because of the miscommunication however the day shift was so nice and they accommodated us Because of the miscommunication

Very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was really friendly and the location was not far from downtown.

The chef was out when we stayed so we couldn’t have made to order breakfast but we still had a continental breakfast for an additional price and that small problem is the only thing we could find wrong.

I paid in advance for both rooms I had. Then my friend checked out and paid for her room which I had already paid for. I don't see how Hilton could have let her pay again now she says she doesn't owe me anything because she paid for her room. I'm very frustrated.

The room was really comfortable and the staff was nice and thoughtful.

We did not have hot water in our shower in the first night, but the staff rapidly worked to fix it, even offering us the option to change rooms.
