Cleanliness and quality of the room was exceptional. This was the 2nd hotel we stayed out of three on our trip and surpassed the other two including one costing $45 more. Very quiet location with a somewhat modest exterior but highly superior room quality. Morning staff lady was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was anemic and needs improvement with more options.

Check in. I never received a text message my room was ready. When I arrived after time I was suppose to check in I was assigned a room that had not been cleaned. After returning to front desk I did get a new room and everything was fine.

We didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities or breakfast as we were only passing through to sleep a few hours. The hotel was nice and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The location was great.

I would give it 5 stars but our shower wasn't cleaned when we arrived. It looked like it had drink spilled in it but other than that everything was wonderful. We understand everyone is short staffed and this was probably just an over sight.

Room was clean.

No coffee in room and desk attendant had to look all over the motel for coffee packets, no coffee in common areas during off times and no milk at breakfast.

The staff acted like we were a pain if we asked for something extra like towels or blankets. The pool was supposed to be heated. It was broken but we were not warned at all. My 4yr. Old grandson jumped in found out the hard way. I just had a heart attack. Had I jumped in it could of caused another one.

The overnight staff was super friendly and made sure to accomidate my situation. Most hotels don't accept cash, but the front desk attendant made adjustments to ensure an easy check-in for me. The room was also amazing! I loved the bathroom and didn't have any issues with loud neighbors or traffic in the hallways. It was a peaceful and fun stay for me and my son. I have already made a membership account online and I will most definitely be coming back to stay again!

I had nothing to complain about. We had a blast and it was worth every penny.

Breakfast was fine. There was a good selection of food. Kids liked the drink options. Seating was distanced and appropriate.

There weren't enough plates to get the food. People had to get creative as no one seemed to be bringing any more out. So I couldn't get the waffles, for example.

The breakfast could have had more options. We felt the pickings were very slim.

Too much noise. We could hear lots of people talking in other rooms. Not very sound proof

From the time I checked in till the time I checked out I was very pleased,the staff were great,my room was very clean and breakfast was awesome!!! Will be returning for future stays!!!
