The room was so homey with nice pampering touches like the kitchenette and Scrub Mommy dish scrubber, fancy shower soaps, fluffy towels and pillows. Great technology hook ups and spaces too. Within walking distance of all our appointments. Hassle-free valet service was very appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. If we have the need for future overnight stays, we will definitely choose Residence Inn again!
Nothing to state here that was within the hotel's control. We would have liked to have dined out, but appreciated the delivery options available to us.

Hotel cancelled my booking due to delayed flight (despite me calling in advance to advise of delay). Luckily the lady on duty (apologise I can't remember her name; but she was excellent) was able to reinstate the booking. Card reader at check-in wasn't working properly - very frustrating when arriving 5 hours late at 4am!

This was an amazing property! It is very clean and modern and has all the amenities you could possibly need! The staff were all extremely nice and helpful! It is very close to restaurants and the Xcel Center which was the reason for our stay. It’s located right off the highway and easy to get to. I could keep going with more amazing things to say but I’ll stop here. lol. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Room was nice like a small apartment. Sitting area, kitchen, desk, etc. TV actually swivels to couch or bed area. Cool. Super well decorated,very modern, everything works as expected. Super clean. Pool,spa, gym. We loved
Window views of parking lot,buildings, not a nice walking area, but place is great centrally located downtown is a plus. 2-3 minutes drive to lots of action. Would we stay here again? Of course we loved it

Clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave before breakfast, so no info on that. The helicopters at the hospital were noisy, but that goes with the location.
Room was A bit noisy. Ventilation fans though necessary, could be quieter Also these comments sections require more language thsn i and likely others feel are needed. I just about deleted the whole thing. 7

Rooms were very clean and spacious. I accidentally left my cell phone there and the staff graciously arranged to have it sent to me over night. When there was no room in the parking lot, the staff provided valet service, even though it was relatively late at night (almost midnight). Breakfast was plentiful and included in the price. Beds and bedding were comfy.
There was construction happening next door. The parking lot was full of construction equipment.

The room was large. We had a well stocked kitchen, sitting area with large screen TV and king size bed. The bathroom also was large and had a full size shower and very clean.
I wish the lighting in the bathroom was better.

Shea the hotel front desk manager (?) is wonderful - very kind, accommodating and friendly! I stay at the hotel 3 weeks ago and we had a great visit. Whn the opportunity arose to stay is St. Paul again.... I did not hesitate, I just booked again. Shea made our stay BOTH visits an above average experience. Hold on to her!!

this is not entirely the responsibility of the hotel, but some guests walk around without masks which is simply inconsiderate ... may be a reminder from the staff about masks .... The parking lot is under construction and a bit messy. People with huge cars taking up too much room and block spaces for others ... again not entirely under the control of staff....
