The overall property was nice and clean. The room was large and spacious. My family and I were able to spread out in the room and relax. The location was very convenient to where we needed to be.

Breakfast ends at 9:30. My family and I got down to breakfast around 9:05 and the hotel was out of almost everything (waffles, bread, bagels, toast, oatmeal packets,etc). The juice machine weren’t working either. We really didn’t get breakfast. I understand that it was close to 9 but breakfast we, guests, have until 9:30.

The location was perfect for walking to the music festival we attended. The room was very spacious and clean. The only negatives would be that the breakfast was really limited and basic, and our room was not serviced regularly. I prefer not to have everything changed daily but restocking coffee, lotion, and emptying trash would have been nice. Staff was super nice!

We came to town for medical reasons. The man who checked us in, who I assume was the manager (very well dressed African American man) was exceptional! He accommodated my husbands situation and made our stay comfortable and incredibly convenient! I’m sorry I couldn’t remember your name but thank you thank you!!

The annoying guest who complained about everything. I felt bad for the night desk guy.

Good location and clean

Pool was not open and there was no indication online when I booked that this was the case, We stayed in louisville so that our 5 year old boys could swim. Not a fun night after learning the pool wasnt open

close and easy to get to in relation to the Kentucky expo center and fair grounds

little expensive for what you get. breakfast supplies and food were minimal, I understand it was free and not many options. but food was not refilled often and supplies such as forks and plates were gone by 730-8am

Everything was clean and updated in the room. The exterior was nice. The staff we encountered were all super friendly.

They seemed to be short staffed for the breakfast. There was only one woman working as fast as she could to get everything out and the selection was extremely limited based on previous stays at other locations. This was a Monday morning so I don’t know if that had anything to do with it, but everything looked like we had arrived before they were ready for us, and we went down about 7:30 (in the middle of the offered time).

Breakfast was not amenable to someone with Celiac Disease. Gluten-free muffins were only available some of the days, and those and yogurts were the only certified gluten-free items. The kitchen staff warned me that the hot items were prone to cross-contamination and not safe.

The property is well managed, maintained, and the manager Amanda knows customer service. This was a repeat stay at this location during Bourbon & Beyond. It did not disappoint

Honestly, for this trip- nothing! It met all my needs and expectations. The staff exceeded in meeting my specific requests.

Complimentary breakfast was great!! Night staff was sooooo friendly , polite, and helpful. Very impressed with the night manager and his new trainees did great.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and noticed/heard/felt people walking in the room above us. Poor floor/ceiling design? Woke us up earlier than expected due to the noise above.

Nice pool. Friendly staff. MJ and Brian were very friendly and helpful.

Nice pool. Room was very nice. the sofa bed was unbearable. My grandson said it was horrible and felt springs all night long. Looking forward to a big breakfast with my 3 grandsons after an early swim. Well breakfast was over at 9am. We missed it.
