The location and included breakfast were important to us. The "can do" attitude of the staff was nice. Housekeeping and front desk staff were professional and friendly. The dehumidifier in the room helped immensley.

Lack of cabinet space and lack of a table in the room. There were dead bugs in thecwindow sill, which were vacuumed up when we pointed them out. Top of bed headboard was dusty. Grout in the corners of the shower needed to be cleaned. If we showered in the late morning, water was warm but not hot. Air conditioner in the room was loud but worked well.

The convenience of the location was nice. The suite in which we stayed in was very nice and roomy. It was nice having a king a queen bed available in the same room.

We were supposed to have breakfast available in the morning. The front desk even confirmed breakfast time and all. When we got up to go eat there was no breakfast. That was a bit frustrating because I then had to leave and get breakfast for the family which was an added expense. I always try and stay at hotels that offer free breakfast as it makes our mornings more convenient for tournaments.

The bedding and the room were nice and very clean.

There was a very promenant smell in the room sort of like a bug spray or strong cleaner of some sort. Instantly I got a headache after being in the room maybe 5 mins. There was a humidifier in the room but it didn't seem to take away that strong scent in the air.

Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The facilities were clean, beads we’re comfortable, and we had plenty of room. With a family of six it is hard to find anywhere to stay that can accommodate us for a reasonable price. The John Hatfield suite was Awesome!

This place is such a gem. The beds are so comfortable! The staff was very friendly!! It is in a small town but when you enter the hotel "WOW" what a tidy and well decorated hotel. I stayed because of being so tired - - but I would come back to the area just to stay in this hotel!

I liked everything about this hotel. I don't have any complaints.

The staff was very helpful. The property was well maintained and inviting. I liked the gazebo with the charcoal grill available for use. The hotel was conveniently located.

There was nothing displeasing about our stay. I have nothing to complain about.

Nice breakfast! For the most part, everyone was very nice! Rooms are very roomy!

The end left door didn't lock! I reported it the weekend before and they told me that someone was coming to fix it. A week later, still not locking.

Breakfast was ok. Would have like waffles or even some scrambled eggs/ sausage. But was better than a lot. Beds were very comfy. I paid total $139 which I thought was a bit pricey but they don’t have anyone to really compete with.

the breakfast during deer hunting season should start at 5am, because i think no deer hunters went to your breakfast, on the second day there we did not go hunt until later and had breakfast and it was great

The hatfield is the only hotel in the area. The next closest place to stay overnight is 30 minutes one way away. The only complaint I truly have,is that they stopped serving breakfast. Even though they still advertise free breakfast. I have stayed here many times and I will recommend this location. As long as you don't expect breakfast at the hotel.

The price is the same as it has been for a couple of years. Back when you got breakfast with the stay. Why don't they offer breakfast again? I don't see what the difference is with eating here in comfort verse eating at a restaurant? I would rather eat at the hotel and not feel rushed to leave. Than have to eat at the macdonald around the corner.
