Very nice hotel with gathering spaces. Clean and updated facility.
We booked a queen suite as there were no kings available. The queen bedroom was so small one of the beds was right up against the wall making the person sleeping on that side have to climb to the foot of the bed to get out of bed. It wasn’t comfortable to sleep that close to the wall either. The living room portion of the room had more space than needed so that took up space for the bedroom. Possibly a personal preference but it was not as comfortable for us as we as hoped. Next time we will just book a regular room, not a suite.

Ive stayed here before. This is the best hotel in Manhattan Kansas. It appears recently they updated the rooms and have new mattresses which were very comfortable. Highly recommended.
The pool and hot tub were open on day one. The 2nd day the the hot tub was closed and pool was open. the 3rd day the pool was closed and hot tub was open. These are main factors for chosing this hotel.

The Staff was friendly very helpful. The rooms we clean and the location was in a nice area next to downtown. The price was better than I had expected and right about the same as other hotels in the area.

They did not tell us we had to pay for parking so we were surprised by the bill of $10 a day.

it was easy to get to, the Festival of Lights right outside was awesome.

We are trying to be so careful during these Covid times so very much appreciated all that this hotel did to reassure us of cleaning and safety measures. Room was comfortable, parking was close, and the fresh cooked, carryout breakfast was VERY good!
