We're always pleased with our stay at the Bluemont. As KSU grads, we appreciate being able to walk to/through the campus & Aggieville. The hotel has a great activities area, snack menu, beer on tap, bar. Oh, & the staff are THE BEST!! Mother nature played one of her Kansas tricks & provided a wicked thunderstorm & a torrent of rain. The power was out about 6 hours & water came in under the ground-floor doors. The staff was totally calm & prepared to meet all of the guests' needs. I nearly forgot the awesome breakfast buffet.

The Bluemont is consistently a clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. There is an in house bar with good specials and a nice breakfast. It is an easy walk to K-State and Aggieville.

The airport shuttle is very convenient, but you may want to confirm your scheduled pick-up before you arrive. My daughter was left at the airport as it was closing. Bluemont sent the shuttle back to get her and the other guests that had been left behind. I was grateful she was not alone.

Breakfast was great, with rotating specials each day. Room was ENORMOUS. There is a place attached called Goolsby's, very fun self pour tap house with sports simulators and mini bowling. Located next to KSU, so a lot of bars and small restaurants in the area.

The only thing I can even think of that wasn't perfect was the parking was a bit confusing, as they have a small parking area by the check-in bay, and you have to go through an alley to get to the parking garage if that is full

We love staying at the Bluemont. It is in a great location and our dog can stay with us. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean. I liked that there were extra towels and coffee this go round.

We stayed on the 4th floor and there was a wedding on the 5th floor, so it was kinda loud to fall asleep to. Then at 2:00 am the guests started coming back to their rooms and yelling down the hall. Then at 6:00 am the staff we running around upstairs cleaning up. The front desk also didn't tell us that the attached restaurant was pet friendly. We were running around to other restaurants only to find that they really were not pet friendly unless your dog is a service dog.

The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel is amazing! The front desk was friendly and very fast at getting my family and I our rooms which was a plus after being at the ball fields all morning.

The only thing I would've changed was the fact that we were only booked one night. Next time it will definitely be more nights

Phenomenal customer service, great location, and Covid safety protocols. The toilet was clogged when we got to our room and gave me a voucher for food/necessities. We didn't use it, but nice to know they valued customer service. The deluxe Queen suite was awesome, huge, and with a great view.

If I had to dislike something, Pool was closed for maintenance and couldn't get mad at that. Taking all the proper precautions/protocols. Love that

wiggly toilet seat in Rm 238, styrofoam coffee cups in the morning, no radio alarm clock , a wake up call when I did not ask for one. we could not sit on the roof d/t a private event.

The rooms were huge. Great walking distance to area bars and restaurants.

We were unable to check in until 5. They were short staffed on house keeping. However, at least the room was clean and a nice note was least by the housekeepers thanking us for our patience.

It was clean, updated, and had everything we needed.

I DIDN’T like being jolted awake at 12:30 pm and again at 6:15 am by what sounded like a jet engine in the wall!! It was LOOOUD!!! This definitely was not from outside the building, but an internal sound. I explained this to the front desk clerk ( the manager was not available). I don’t feel my complaint was taken seriously. Because of this problem I had to attend a funeral, followed by a long drive home, being very tired. This week I needed to be in Manhattan again. I stayed at the Hilton (but would have preferred the Bluemont). I couldn’t chance this problem happening again.

THis was my 2nd time staying at the Bluemont for business with the K-State University team. I showed up early, and they were able to allow me to get checked in prior to standard time, which gave me some time to complete some work in private, in my room, instead of hanging out in the lobby.
