The breakfast was phenomenal, especially during covid. The hotel had plenty of activities for our family to do during the small break we had at the hotel as we drove across the country. Even though the hotel was busy and understaffed like everywhere is right now the staff were very friendly and kind.

The only complaint I had is the fan in our bathroom didn't work and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

I was able to get a roll away bed without a problem. The gal at the desk was super helpful and nice. The hotel had tons of things to do and offer. It was very easy to find.

The only problem I had was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

The rooms and facility were top notch. Good breakfast for traveling. Pool and hot tub were nice. Loved that they have a "mini" store there!

We liked that is was close to everything but yet not in the mix of everything.

The bed was the only thing I had a problem with. It was comfortable at first. In the middle of the night my lower back hurt. There was a dip in the mattress. That was the only problem we had.

Tremendous value for the price, great location if you don't mind a little driving to get to down town. The breakfast was great

It was a great place to stop with our family! The pool was large with a 3 foot area roped off at one end for smaller children & a 9-foot deep end where our older kids could jump in. The hot tub & sauna were also nice. What is really unique in this hotel was that there was also a gaming room with billiards, air hockey, and arcade games, which our teenage boys loved. The fitness center was great & everything throughout the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and one employee stopped in the courtyard where we were eating pizza to ask if we wanted him to raise the table umbrellas because it looked like it might rain. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options, including pancakes, waffles, french toast, bacon, etc. and was served in a large room with lots of natural light.

The key-card reader at the pool was a little tricky, and we couldn’t re-enter the pool from the outdoor court-yard.

As a female travelling on my own security is a must and this place provided security. My room was fantastic with two queen size beds that were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a good variety of options. Car parking was available and the little store at reception was convenient. There is a gym, recreation room, games room and a fantastic swimming pool and spa.

I really couldn't fault this accommodation however if I had to be picky then you can hear the shower running from the room next door and doors slamming. This was not a problem for me.

Very attractive property and grounds. Room was huge and had two sinks. Lots of extras: game room, gift shop, beautiful outdoor walking options. Nicely decorated and very clean.

This property also operates as a conference center. It is in an isolated location...our GPS couldn't find it...we found it on our own. There are no restaurants nearby. The hotel does try to help by providing a list of area restaurants which tells you how far away they are and how long it takes to drive there. They also provide phone numbers of restaurants which deliver to the hotel.....so they are making the best of the situation.

My only complaint would be issues with the key cards and doors. My keycard did not want to open any of the outside doors, and the first room I was put in the battery was dying in the door lock so I could not open the door. It resulted in a lot of extra walking and way more time getting into my room that anticipated. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful solving them problem and getting me a new room once we realized what was wrong. Although perhaps as frustrated as I was with the issues, they were nothing but respectful and kind and I greatly appreciated that.

That we could get away as a couple for the iowa deer classic with out our kids and still feel like we were at home. Just wish in a month there was enough room for us when we come back for the tattoo convention when my husband does the 36 hrs of tattooing but there isn't anh rooms available. I even checked as soon as i heard about it months ago. Breaks my heart this is our favorite hotel!!

Thst there was so much going on in town and that there were so manh people in the pool area at the same time all weekend that we had to wait so long into the evening to get into the hot tub. Not you guys fault. Just alot going on in one weekend!
