Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Atlanta-Cumming, an IHG Hotel

The overall room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for 2 adults and 2 kids. Price was good for 2 beds and sleeper sofa. I felt the prices for the drinks and snacks were competitive but not ridiculous. Unfortunately, we woke up too late to check out the breakfast.

Staff wasn't rude but also not interactive are welcoming. During both check in and check out we had to wait on the receptionist as they were sitting outside, however I understand them needing a break. I was disappointed with the stains on the carpet and and stain on the bedding . the noises made by the elevator were scary at first but probably just normal for an older hotel.

The breakfast had a lot of variety! Especially now compared to others due to Covid The rooms were very spacious and comfy and I love that the windows have a backdrop to block the sunlight when you sleep The service was also very good! And it was all very clean and nice overall Plus the location was in a great spot!

This was my first stay in hotel since the pandemic began. I did not remember my IHG frequent guest number, and the Check-in Clerk had no idea how to find it and apply it to this stay. Check-in clerk needs a bit more experience with IHG systems.

All good. Best hotel I ever had. I can't say what the best is and I can't specify what the favorable one is. One obvious thing is that I felt cozy, comfortable, and clean. All services are better than my expectations. I can say it couldn't be better. Thanks good & foreigners friendly services, I will recommend and let my friends know. Many Thanks again.

Location is great! It’s near lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was really helpful and courteous.

More breakfast variety would have been a major plus BUT the breakfast was really good regardless.

This hotel was very clean and organized. It was convenient to some really great places to eat and easy access to interstate. Was very impressed.

I didn't like the parking as the spaces are very tight. The hotel had signs up everywhere in the hotel about mandated mask ordinance BUT the only folks in that building wearing mask were myself, my family member, and the hotel staff members. All the other guest did not wear mask nor were they told to put a mask on while in the hotel accessing Elevators and indoor common areas. I did not feel safe regarding our pandemic issue and hotel guest not wearing their mask.

We were given the wrong key card went up to the room only to find that it was someone else’s room. We literally walked in on someone. We went back to the front desk and the attendant immediately said “I know why you’re back I gave you the wrong key card”. This could have been a dangerous situation I’ve stayed at this location several times this by far was my worst experience checking in a hotel. I know that mistakes happen but this should not happen ever!

We enjoyed our stay. You allowed a support animal for emotional support and that was greatly appreciated! The facility was very clean.

We did not experience any issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed during winter storm Izzy and it was perfect. The heated indoor pool was a great diversion. It is walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful. The large screen tv was great.

The walls are a little thin.
