Staff was extremely helpful! Food was good & stock well maintained. Water, tea & coffee available 24/7. Bed was very comfortable & lots of pillows. Room was large. Bath was roomy & shower pressure was very good. Plenty of towels.

A little noisy. We could hear a child above using the bed as a trampoline, but the staff was extremely quick to address it!!! The drunk women across the hall was another story, but again the staff was quick to address it & moved our room! Only 2 suggestions: Fix the annoying elevator closing 2x before it will engage! Attach something in the shower to hang a washcloth/hand towel on.

Breakfast was good; waffles, eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits & gravy, muffins, bagels, cereal, juices, fruit, milk, tea & coffee, jelly, etc. The location is excellent. The area was clean, quiet, and convenient to lots of places to eat with a short drive. It felt safe. The room was spotlessly clean and exceptionally quiet at night. Beds were nice. The HVAC held the room temperature well and was not intrusive when it ran. The staff was professional, and very friendly as well.

The hotel could use a better sign out front if approaching from the east, but because of the median you need to go past and make a "U" turn anyway. From the west, it is better identified...

Everything The staff was very kind. The room service was excellent. The building, and room we stayed in felt very clean and new. I've only been home for a day and I already miss the soft bed and warm shower of the hotel

Only had one complaint The wifi was a little inconsistent in our room on the 5th floor, and didn't want to stay connected to my phone. My girlfriend had zero issues though, and I just used my cellphone data.

All I needed was a roof over my head and a place to lay it. Well, I was absolutely blown away. I will never be more impressed than my stay here. I was able to relax in a living room to unwind and watch a little TV. I then retired to bead and fell asleep with the option to watch that TV but, this place was so quiet that I fell asleep faster than at home. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay. When I come back to the area I will be staying here.

Nothing. It was all wonderful.

Easy to find. Rooms are quiet. Shower is nice. Beds are comfy. Outdoor patio is nice. Pool is nice. Elevator is fast. Breakfast is long/late enough. Plenty of parking.

Powdered eggs were nasty. Kitchen help didn't want to cook more eggs, potatoes. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes after we asked them to make some more. Then the beds in room 308 were smaller then expected. Suggest Queen size not full size in that room.

it was really nice!!!

My autistic daughter had an episode as she was crying and upset and jumping. There was a lady at the desk that called me and said we had a noise complaint that someone “walked by” and said it was loud but I’m convinced that the guest below complained. I just think they lied about it especially since the walls and floors are thin and I could here the guest above me. I just didn’t like the way it was handled.

This was the cleanest, most comfortable hotel I think I've ever stayed at -- and I travel a lot for work. Every inch of the building smelled nice, even the elevator. The room was spacious; the bed was comfortable; the staff were nice; the entire hotel was, dare I say, quiet, which is something hard to find when staying in a hotel. I will most definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was just meh.

I didn't come in expecting a resort experience. I wanted a clean and comfortable location at a reasonable price and that's exactly what I received. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room clean and comfortable, and the location spot on. The breakfast wasn't fancy but it was more than adequate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this lovely hotel again.

The parking lot can be a little tight, but it's a minor issue.

It was my daughter's 5th birthday and the breakfast staff brought out chocolate syrup and whipped cream for only her to put on her waffle. THEN all the staff together put together a little gift bag for her and gave to her as we were heading out for the day. They went above and beyond to make my little girl feel special on her day and I appreciate that more than anything!

I love the cleanliness and the very friendliness of the staff Also they asked How was my stay so far and I thought that was very Wonderful that they were concerned how we liked their services and facility.

Breakfast was all right. However if you came down between 10 and 10:15 am All of the eggs and meat products were gone and when I ask If I could get more They did not put any more out.
