Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Marietta

The property was amazing and the staff was just as great. Called on our way into town to see if our room would be ready when we arrived (about 2 hours prior to regular check in time) and the lady was so polite and informative. When we arrived the room was ready for us to check in. Got to our room and had a strong odor that someone had smoked in the room prior to our arrival but a quick call to the front desk and we had a new room by the time we got back down to the lobby. The front desk assistant assured us our new room was completely smoke free and she had been in the room not long before we had got to the hotel. Very short Uber ride over to Truist Park for the Braves game that night and back to the hotel afterwards. By far my favorite stay for a game so far.

It was very clean. Staff was nice.

We stayed in room 132 and we didn't sleep well at all. There was all types of motors outside our window that faced the road. Road noise was very loud and the motors from all these AC unites and other things were so loud. There were noises like constant firecrackers going off both nights around 2:30-3:30 Told this to front desk she said it could have been from the stadium, but we had been at the game and it was over by 11:30..I do not think this is a room that should be rented to guest and they also had tables in the halls to our room that was very messy.

The staff was so nice and accommodating even when they were booked solid. I would absolutely stay here again for future trips through Atlanta. The rooms were very clean and smelled like it had been freshly cleaned. Bathrooms were very nice. Definitely the biggest tub/shower combo. Tub was very wide and long and didn’t ever have the curtain blow in and touch you while showering. Water pressure was amazing. I honestly could go on and on. This hotel is definitely worth the price. Great location in a nicely treed area.

One downside and really the only negative would be that the room even set at 65 for air conditioning it was still hot and the Dan couldn’t be set to stay on constant. So at times it would get hot at night when the air wasn’t blowing.

it was very clean and easy to navigate. The staff were all so sweet! They politely showed interest in our trip and made us feel very comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast but what we saw did look delicious. Our room was clean, the shower was HUGE, and the bed was so comfy, we fell asleep FAST!

The only part I wasn’t a fan of was the layout of the parking lot. There were areas that didn’t have much lighting. It wasn’t terrible but I feel that could have been better.

Breakfast was as expected. Met our needs. The employee who was working in the breakfast area was excellent. Attentive and very anxious to help us. We felt very welcome and she is a definite asset.

Nothing in particular. Having stayed at Hilton properties in the past, we knew what to expect. Shuttle service to Truist Park would have been a huge plus. Public transportation leaving the stadium was impossible and parking was chaotic. Not a Hilton problem, but a shuttle would have been very helpful.

Always have been a fan of Hilton Hotels. They were very clean and the staff was very inviting and friendly. I like how Hilton gives you the option to check in and check out through their mobile app and set up a digital key to access your hotel room. The hotel was close to alot of food places as well as the interstate (I-75) to get to downtown Atlanta. Hilton will always be my go to for vacations.

No Cons!

big room comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with weird tub but a lot of space. The staff was nice and there was big lobby for waiting that was comfortable.

The walls were really thin and you could hear your neighbor peeing. Easy to find ice and nice fitness center but would not let me do late check out even though my husband was there for a conference. Nice room but a bit pricey!!

great location, not fair from the downtown area

the male worker night shift was the only staff member I didn’t care for. ordered pizza, they couldn’t get in because of him. then, had to go out at 1a to get it when I came up to the desk he appeared sleep in the office room. not acceptable at all.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was central to our activities.

the carpet was stained in our room..You could tell that they attempted to clean it .

I liked the location.

The air condition and refrigerator did not get cold so we had to continually get ice and buy a fan to keep cool. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the ice machine did not work so we had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. The toilet did not flush without holding it down a couple of times.
