Great location, fast food restaurants are just across the street. There are also a Target and other shops within 10 minute walking distance. The room was very clean and there was a daily housekeeping. The small yard has a really nice vibe to hang out for breakfast or in the evening. Beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you may need.

The shower was a little uncomfortable as adjusting the water temperature is a real challenge. Also, the walls are not very soundproof and we could hear the TV from the other room which could be disturbing.

First question was how was breakfast. What breakfast?😂 The outside appearance was deceiving, looked kinda like a dive. However, the rooms were very nice. Nicely decorated, cold refrigerator & working microwave was a bonus. Patio area was nice. It was raining so we didn’t get a chance to use it. Close to a ton of eating establishments & close to Bayside Marketplace. Staff was very helpful & friendly.

Some of the towels were not clean, no space in the bathroom for your toiletries other than window sill, no wastebasket in bathroom, had to use shower gel to wash hands.

It's the location for me. I walked fromt the up midtown to Miami center and the sea accross the biscayne boulevard. Bus connection if you don't drive by yourself. You cal walk in any direction you want. It's perfect. Restaurants in front, back everywhere. I love it there. The room was cleaned daily.

There is a little garden outside furnished nicely to have a drink after your trip. No service, your own drink. People at the reception are very nice and helpful. Do not take care about any bad notices written probably by a concurrent of this place. Everything was clean, the rooms have normal size and it is located near to any other place you would like to go in Miami. Now, if you prefer star hotels, up to you to choose another place. I warmly recommend this hotel. All the best to all of you.

great value. location is on the edge of mid town and design district meaning the immediate surroundings are bleak but 5-minute walk to upscale restaurants and attractions. Room was large, bathroom tiny, no drawers but counter space. Perimeter gates secured at night. Quiet. parking Its a non-luxury spot with good location- just what I was looking for

The location was really good and the room was also in a very good state. I liked the extra safety measure of closing the main gate after a specific hour and the check-in/check-ou was also perfect, nothing to add there!

It wasn't as clean as I was expecting and the shower head was not easy to use as it wasn't pointing directly down. You couldn't really move it so it wasn't easy towash your legs and feet. It was also a bit noisy.

Location and the swimming pools were excellent and very worn heated water. We had cancellations in reservation by a mistake from our travel agent but they accommodate us until it us sorted the next day. Awesome staff!

Room cleaning was on the third day. Very bad quality of coffee😂

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected, and we were able to check in upon arrival.

No elevator. The exterior of the building was not very inviting. It was difficult to reach hotel by phone; however, I received prompt email response.

The facility was modern and very clean. The staff was nice and knowledgeable about hotel policy, and they had complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby for guest.

There wasn't anything wrong or that I didn't like about my stay at this motel. Just a suggestion but if they add some complimentary baked goods with the coffee and ea, they would be an even greater experience and will exceed expectations.
