Walking distance to various arty areas of interest such as the Wynwood Walls and street food vendors. Private pool, and access to a rooftop pool and bar at a neighbouring hotel. Very polite and helpful staff. A brilliant breakfast included. Ubers to basically anywhere are only c.$10

The staff was so accommodating and very friendly. I felt so welcomed and couldn't wait to enjoy my trip. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had a beautiful view of the ocean and bridge to Miami Beach. The breakfast was decent, it was good enough to leave me comfortably fed to go about my day. The location was great, just a 15 minute walk away from the shopping district where theres a Target, Ross, Marshalls, etc. There is a gas station and 7-11 directly across the street but not a convenient crosswalk, so its a bit of a walk. The scooters made it great to transport back and forth to Target, however keep in mind the red zones! Overall I absolutely loved my stay and will go there again!

The convenience to stores. If you don't rent a car, it's a little difficult to get around or walk to places. Takes about 10 or more minutes to walk to anything near by to eat, shop, etc. If you have a car though, this is a very convenient and great area!

Location was super convenient; room was very clean and efficiently equipped (except for toilet seat being crooked was annoying). Breakfast was convenient; coffee at breakfast very good. We had a problem one day not having our room cleaned on the 4th day of our week-long stay. We thought it was an oversight/mistake but the response was that they "did not know we wanted it cleaned". We were puzzled and did not have time to question further.

The room cleaning service started off well the first few days, then had some problems with a day skipped altogether.

The room was good size although a bit dark. The breakfast was good. There was available coffee all day long in the lobby. At first the staff who welcomed us in the evening was not very nice and did not provide us with all the relevant information. We complained the day after with his colleague and the hotel made up for it. It was a nice attention towards the customer.

It was really very expensive for the overall value of the hotel. The breakfast room was not enough big to welcome all the guests, so they opened the meeting room but it was a bit sad to have breakfast in an executive meeting room during holidays. It was not set up as a breakfast room.

Parking. Don't believe that you should have to pay for parking. 25$ a night plus tax adds up over a few nights, could see maybe a one time fee of 25$ for your stay

Very nice and large room with comfortable beds, USB power plugs everywhere which is very handy if one come from Europe. Very good breakfast. From the higher floor room I was able to enjoy a very nice view over the city and a beautiful sunrise. There is a supermarket about 10mins walk for groceries and the bus station to downtown is literally few meters away. The car parking is big but busy at night.

We missed some vegetables for breakfast. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but I had to ask for bathroom cosmetics multiple times as we were 4 and they were not very generous. When checking out I didn't get the invoice, but I found later that I was charged more than estimated. Few reasons: I was charged for one extra day of parking and required few emails back and forth and one week of waiting until they eventually admitted the mistake and refund the difference + apparently there is an extra charge for any parking in Miami which I was not aware of.

My stay here was great! The hotel itself was really nice but what really stood out for me was the staff! Carolina was very helpful from the jump and answered any questions we had and also gave us a number where we could reach her if we had anymore. She even text me and checked to see if there was any way they could improve my experience in the middle of my stay, which was a first for me. The lobby and overall decor of the hotel was very modern and up-to-date. My room was clean and ready when I arrived at check-in time. I didn't use the gym while I was here but I did notice it was better than most other hotels I've stayed at. The breakfast area was definitely plush and has more than enough space for you to enjoy your meal without worrying about social distancing. Hot breakfast was a big plus for me (I had a waffle, eggs, and sausage with a fruit juice of choice). I left my room a bit after check-out time and wasn't hassled about it or charged any extra. Heather also left a good impression on me and made my check-out super easy. It literally took less than 30secs. If attentive staff is important to you, I highly recommend you stay here!

The pool here is currently closed BUT this is actually a positive because you are allowed to use the rooftop pool (8th or 9th floor if I remember correctly) at the sister property Marriot next door which had an even nicer pool and a rooftop gym as well!

It was clean, the pool was nice and warm, the breakfast was ok and it was very convenient to Lagniappe, where we went to listen to great music!

The breakfast was somewhat cold (sausages). I would have liked to have more breakfast options. We had two rooms - one with a decent view, the other looked into a side street and building (same price).

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast 😞, eggs were salty, sausages over cooked and not a lot of choices. No waffles... Bagel and Oatmeal ☝️👍

Everything. I’m a repeater. The professionalism of Angelica at the Night Shift lobby was outstanding.

I requested 2 beds and I got a message saying they will try to fulfill my request but nothing was done or written in my booking. Thanks Angelica for making the change at last minute and lucky that we had that option. I wish the requests were not answered by an automatic system.
